Do you mean the $250 was put in your bank account by ACH?  I played a lot at Lucky Red, but more recently spent all my time at Aladdin's Gold.  (Same group as you know.)

For withdrawals for both ACH and courier check it shows a minimum of $350.  I got free chips too from AG for $25, but I thought what's the use when max withdrawal is $250.  Figured I couldn't withdraw it due to minimums.  I even went to live chat once when I got a free $25 chip and told her I wouldn't be able to cash out due to minimum required.  She upped it to a $50 free chip.

Do you think because you are a VIP there they let you cash out under the minimum required?  (I didn't download Lucky Red again, but I am assuming minimum withdrawals are the same as AG.)

Hmmm....this place sounds good but unfortunately I'm not 100% sure but I think I may have multiple accounts there. A few years back all I would do is use free chips and open accounts everywhere....several times because I never had any intentions of ever playing. Now that I actually play and make deposits the places I have are very limited...which is why I stick with my deadbeat casino that I just keep losing at...because at least there I know I only have one valid account. lol    Might be worth a try to contact support and explain my case and maybe see if I can use one valid account since no deposits or cashouts were made?

I don't get the daily chips either, but, when I stop playing there for a couple of weeks or so, they send me a snail mail with a nice chip in it and a good deposit offer also.
