  • OK, some of you received a 400% first time bonus from a new Top Game site,Diamond VIP Casino.  Well I made a small deposit and started with  $250 with my bonus.  I got a few small bonuses and my credits went down to around $170. I play $1.50 on 15 line slots and $2.00 on 20 line ones.  Two hours later i was up to $1,300.  After up and down I cashed out at $800. Subtract the $200 bonus I should receive $600.  Now this should be funny because in the email it said "fast withdrawals".  Now we all know there is no such thing as a fast withdrawal at a Top Game site.  Over half the time the finance department ignores emails after not being paid in 5 weeks and customer service people just apologize for the delay.  Tim was my customer service person last nite and he was super friendly.  He kept telling I would be treated right after I told him about the reputation of Top Game sites.  Well time will tell and I will post updates on this.  Good luck to everyone at the casinos exclamation!!!!1

  • Diamond VIP is the same ownership as Rome and Diceland casinos.  Thank god because I trust them.  It may take 5 weeks to get paid but at least they arent like scam site Aztec Casino.

    And you're cool with that? Geez, I would avoid Top Gaming Software like the plague. They are poorly funded casinos. To hold onto a players winnings for weeks is unacceptible. TG needs a large cash reserves so they can pay its players Now and not Then.
  • I'm not saying you would have the same experience.. but read this theres a few people that did get paid in a timely manner through top game.. including myself.. which was about 15 days if i recall.. though it was my first and i had to send in docs, my daughters was a few days after mine, theres 2 other people who got theres too.. i do have to say this was a while back, months ago

  • I am not upset about it.  The fastest top game site Ive been paid from was Black Lights.  I got paid twice in 3 weeks.  Both or 3 times I got paid by Rome Casino in 5 weeks no matter how much I complained.  Lately withdrawals from top game sites have been impossible.  The following 2 problems have been the worse:

    AZTEC CASINO:  Avoid them at all costs exclamation!  I made a withdrawal and sent my documents on August 17th, 2010.  I received an email the next day saying my they received my documents and everything was fine.  A month later I emailed finance and asked when I would be paid.  I got an email back saying "be patient".  Month 2 went by and all emails I sent no reply.  These idiots even sent me a promotion email and at the bottom of it had a persons name from the casino on it.  I wrote him an email, you got it no reply.  I ended up 10 or so weeks after my intial withdrawal playing my account down to the total amount of all my deposits plus a $100 aggravation fee.  This withdrawal can sit there the rest of my life.

    YESWECAN Casino:  This casino is the sister casino to Black Lights which paid me in 3 weeks as I stated above.  After 9 weeks of non payment of my withdrawal I played my account down some and wrote them an email  telling them its ok to pay me before I die of old age.  Two weeks later i received an email from them which i will copy and paste.  First I will state I know the terms of service of the top game sites.  I never break them and only play slots.  Their email to me is pure b.s.  They are trying to get out of paying me.  If they email and say they arent paying me I swear on the bible their reason is a total lie.  Here is the email:


    Dear Howard,

    Thank you for contacting me.

    I am sorry to inform you that our Security Team instructed us that your account is currently under review due to some inconsistencies.

    You will be contacted with an update.

  • To make a long story short I had a $1,500 withdrawal setup for 10 weeks at Aztec Casino and couldnt get paid so I gave up trying to get paid after emails were ignored.  I started playing my balance down.  4 times I tried to just play my last $200 to zero and failed. Saturday before my 3rd attempt I wrote them a real nasty email.  All of you would have been proud of it.  Attemped number 4 was Sunday nite.  I started with $230 and it went to $500 and I gave up at $300 to go to bed.  Monday morning was going to be attempt number 5 but I went into my account and couldnt find my $300 to play to zero.  Here Monday morning they paid the $300. 

    Yes We can I had $1,500 as a withdrawal for I think 9 weeks and couldnt get my money.  After playing it down to like $900 I wrote an email to the finance department and told them I played my account down some so it was ok to pay me before I died of old age.  Over 2 weeks later I got an email back stating my account was sent to the fraud and security department for "inconsistencies".  I knew that was b.s so I started playing my remaining $900 down.  I had $270 left when I stopped playing and told my favorite customer service person I could no longer play there because of the b.s.  email.  As it turned out I was blocked from that site and the sister site Sunday nite after they paid my usemywallet account Sunday afternoon. 

    In summary my intial withdrawal from Aztec was August 17th for $1,500 and I received $300 on November 15th and Yes We Can my intial withdrawal was $1,500 on August 19th and I received the $270 on November 14th.


  • These f@#king casino's are getting away w/murder these days. Especially it seems w/anyone from the US. And now another 3rd party processor, a major processor that hasn't even been around for that long, is blacklisting U.S. people too. That just makes things even more difficult and complicated. How are we supposed to trust the ones that will inevitably take their place? Personally, I would never have pandered to their game and gambled my money down to some acceptable level in their eyes, but I am not judging you. I don't know the whole story and I guess you did what seemed best for you and your situation. At least you got $300 out of the deal - even if it did take a few months to do it. I bet that's the hardest $300 you ever made.

  • Bradwill, you have the whole story in a nut shell.  I am not upset at all about receiving the $300 from Aztec yesterday morning, I was shocked.  After getting nothing for 10 weeks and no responses, playing and playing trying to get the account down, Zuga spending two weeks writing emails all over the place trying to get answers without any success and the 4 attempts to get my account to zero, it was a miracle I received anything.  In the end all I wanted was Zuga to post a warning to other players, not any money from Aztec.  What I went thru with Aztec was minor to me compared to the living hell months and months ago from another top game site, Vegas21 Casino.  Those people are scary and customer service people begged me to deposit with my credit cards and my bank debit card, not my ewalletxpress account.  I wont even go into detail nightmares thereabout withdrawals.  Oh and the phone calls to my house with them trying to pressure me to give them my bank debit card information manually over the phone.  There is some great reading from last May I think under the Vegas21 review section. 

    Ok Blueday here is the Diamond VIP update.  As far as my withdrawal goes from November 4th nothing new to report.  I am having so much fun doing some investigation work on them though.  Here is why.  One nite in the customer service chat I got Roger who is my customer service person at Rome and Diceland Casinos.  Then when I did my withdrawal and sent my documents in the next day I received an email from Jennifer in the finance department who handles the documents and pays the withdrawals at Rome and Diceland Casinos.  I put these facts together and came up with a conclusion.  Diamond VIP is part of the Rome and Diceland family that pays in 5 weeks.  No problem as far as I am concerned because I trust this group.  WELL, Noah, the LCB representative told me on a different thread Diamond VIP is not affiliated with Rome Casino.  This is the mystery I am working on.

  • For God's sake Billy you have got to be kidding me???  Thats 6 months.  Ok, here is a hint on how I wrote an email to them last Saturday and got my remaining $300 paid to me this past Monday morning.  It was the most nasty email i have written in my life.  Write one similar to them.  Here it is:


    I want to congratulate Aztec Casino for refusing to pay my $1,500 withdrawal in 10 weeks.  Yes I know my account has $200 left now.  See I belong to the largest online casino group there is, www.lcb.org where Aztec Casino advertises their bonuses to players.  One of the people in charge of the website tried to make contact with Aztec Casino for 2 weeks about my account.  Shockingly, he got no reply from anyone!!!!  Because of the stupidity of management at Aztec Casino the following was placed at the top of the Aztec Casino review page that alot of members and non member visitors read before they make deposits:

    Warning: Due to the lack of quality customer support, Aztec Casino is now placed on our Warning List. Such action is necessary for the following reasons: delay tactics, non payment and non responsive customer support.   • I am finally done with my investigation of Rome and Diceland casino employees working customer service and finance at Diamond VIP Casino.  Diamond VIP has nothing to do with the ownership Of Rome and Diceland.  The Rome and Diceland employees are training people at Diamond VIP and those people will be taking over all duties soon.  Koyok is correct about the payment in 18 business days but it might be a little longer for USA players.  The one thing honestly I cant figure out is what difference does it make which country you live in if your withdrawal is going to quicktender.  I am still sticking to 5 weeks but I hope I am wrong.  My 18th business day is November 30th so I will keep you all updated.

    I've been all though this site regarding Diamond VIP Club Casino and was glad to find this posting. I have been fighting these miscreants since November 6, 2010 for a $600 withdrawal. Their customer support is the worst. They are rude and sarcastic and the finance department is un-responsive. I have been told 18 days, that I fell through the cracks, that my documentation was approved, that I met all play through requirements yet here it is 12/30/2010 and I still have not seen the first penny.
    Diamond VIP Club is in fact a part of the ROME group.

    Rome, Diceland and Diamond VIP are one and the same. They may operate independent of one another but they are the same group. The only customer support I have received regarding this issue with Diamond has come in fact from the good people at Rome yet after all of this they even tell me to inundate the finance department with hordes of e-mails demanding my money.

    As of this morning, finance has not responded again to any e-mail I have sent in the past 7 days. The CS team at Diamond asks me "what are you complaining about...you won didn't you?" and the CS at Rome says my withdrawal has been approved and I'll see it before the end of the year.
    I can not fathom such a difference between the two support teams and yes I have the chat transcripts to back up my statements.

    I have posted a request for help to Noah, the liaison for Rome her on this website. We'll see what he can manage.

    I am glad you got your winnings. It gives me a bit of hope.
