    I need some help, I won at Party casino, 22,376 dollars on  the Golden Ox i hit all five of them, the screen went wild.  I hope I dont have a problem but you know howthatgoes, i was playing on a bonus but i went thru the play thru many times.  i need help!

    if you used a bonus you may have a max cash out normally ten times what you deposited hope you put in a lot!! there are some no max bonus first thing you need to do is find out terms of your bonus good luck and great job

    at ten times max cash out that would mean you put in 14 dollars they don't even allow that ask for a manager how much did you deposit??? the very least you should get is ten times that amount and then play out the rest and build but your comp points when your'e done redeem your comp points and play on them to cash them out you can get around some of it!!

    Oh Debra that SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!! I am also sorry 2 say I am not the least bit surprised..... ya gotta stay away from these Virtual casinos!!!!!!!!!!  They r NOT reputable.  There r many of us who have had similar experiences @ the Virtual group.  Stick w/ the good ones, they r out there.  Some examples r Casino33, Playfair, & Lake Palace.
