        hi my name is sharon , i played a free chip at Pamper Casino and made playtrough , i have sent in my document 2 months ago and my withdrawal still has not been processed . i have sent in tickets and updated them but a dont get an answer to what i ask for . Could pls someone help ? Thanks in advence

        What does your cashier say now regarding the withdrawal status?  Have you chased the casino at all by email or live help?

        I suggest you contact the casino and find out what the problem is and keep contacting them until they pay you or give you a reason why they won't pay you.

        Hi thanks for the fast reply , yes i have been chasing them alot nearly every day and i have bee updateing my tickets aswell . Live chat they are no help . My withdrawal status it says Pending . It would be so nice if you can help me .

        pamper casino and AC casino are not to be trusted, as you can see their helpdesk doesnt even help you with anything. there's a warning mark on their name in this forum. they are given for a reason.

        2Minutes ago i contacted live chat for the 100 time and now he said that i have multiple accounts and that is so not true , after 2months they tell me this . i have never cashed out at no casino and i was exited about this .

        You need to ask them to provide you with the information regarding "each" account they show under your name. also, are you sure you never have taken a free bonus at the casino and set up an account, maybe long ago and perhaps forgot this?  I usually contact chat support before I set up a new account and take a bonus and ask they check under my name and address and any emails I currently use or have used in the past; just to make sure I don't already have an account on file.

        Also, you might "search your computer and email accounts to see if you have ever received an email from them or sent an email to them in the past.  If they can't provide information on both accounts and you have not found any information that indicates you have ever played there before, then post outcome here.

        I have been paid before eventhough I had an account that was set up over 12 months prior but on which I never made a withdrawal.  If they are an honest casino group they should understand and also they should question why when you signed up this time it you did not get the traditional error message that "account already exists under this name or email address" as is the norm.
        If you claimed a bonus on two seperate accounts by accident I guess it is up to them to decide if they think it was an honest mistake. But again, you should not have been able to set the second account up to begin with.

        Next time you play at a casino you think you have never played at, before establishing an account, ask if you have an existing account.  I have often discovered I have an existing account that I set up several years ago, and never actually played or deposited for various reasons(such as they didn't take cc or the ewallet I was using and still I played the free bonus just for the fun of it.
