        when i log in and go to the cashier and try to redeem coupon, it says my account is excluded from all bonuses........have never cashed out from there.......guess i will delete the program

                    Me too,  I made one dep.  months ago  and now I can't get  any bonuses  until I make another.  Come on, most of the time they're only for five anyway!

        I have seen/heard many other players have mentioned about the same thing.
        I only deposited once a  while ago and haven't tried to claim any free coupons so not sure if I too am bonus banned or not but according to this information,I bet that I am...

        I have made two cashes through Inetbet for less than $300 combined.  I was informed rudely that I am excluded from all future bonuses, etc.

        It was not the only time that James with support and I have had vulgar words with one another.  Extremely unprofessional to say the least.

        On a good note, they do cash out with 24 hours as promised.. just dont expect anything to keep you playing there.

        Well since we are throwing in our $.02 here ... Inetbet has not bonus banned me...
        Nope, they have deposit banned me! Not because of anything I did at Inetbet (deposited regularly with never a hitch), but because Rushmore said I did a chargeback 2 years ago that I did not do... so their processor banned me... this has happened with 2 other casinos also because of Rushmore... lots more fish in the sea... swim on over to another casino and too bad on the ones who practice customer disservice!

          I think the past 4 or 5 comments should be moved to Casinos, not 'No deposit'. Anyway, I did bump heads with them once last year, but after realizing they have been generous with my cash back bonuses, plus a few extra when I requested- I saw I was being selfish, and I did resolve the problem with them. They WILL listen to you, and do what they can to make you happy. In my opinion, they're the only casino that gives you a manager bonus the following month, they have the lowest deposit requirements, the playthrough on bonuses is usually 15x-20x- lower than any other casino, and they payout sometimes same day! They've been the only casino I've been depositing at for the past few months now, and I'M STANDING BY THEM.
          If you guys are having bonus or depositing issues, drop them an email...ask questions...and see what needs to be done to correct the matter. Their customer service team can help you get back on the right track with them.

          UPDATE on this situation...  8'| Although this is a problem that is not resolved I have twice gotten very customer service oriented responses from this casino and can not fault them on that and just thought I should share that as well as the problem.  Zuga is also looking into it here at LCB (thanks Zuga). They also let me have the $5 free birthday chip to participate in the new slots tourney they are having... did not make playthrough on it, but I had my chance.

          I have been with inetbet for 9 years now,we bumb heads some times when it comes to given me a free chip.But other then that there the best casino on the net and thats my opinion.
          I wouldn't deposit there as much as I do if there weren't.

          I think anybody that doesn't play there anymore has just saved themselves a huge pile of money.  Consider yourself very lucky. A place like intertops is way better.  The casino plays a little tight, but can definitely win and you'll get paid.

          I really like iNet, but since I started playing online(July 2009) I have only managed to cashout $50 on a max cashout free chip. They have not turned the switch on for me yet. I don't know what the criteria is for getting the win switch but apparently I have not met it!

          Like yesterday I was playing the new game coat of arms and got like 7 bonuses/free spins in the first 10 mins. Balance went from $21 to $114 and then no matter what I did or what game I played I could not hit a thing. NOTHING! My balance quickly went down with no entertainment to talk about!

          I made another small deposit and it got Hi-Jacked asap!

          Oh by the way I made playthru on the first deposit with an available cashout of, wait for it, wait for it... $27 :-((

          I have to agree and think they are a good casino. If you notice a lot of the better casinos hardly ever give out frequent free chips. But if they really one to stay in line with land based casinos they really should.

          As gamblers we look for nice perks. It just comes with the territory. Luckily i have not got banned from here either. But i am willing to go without a free chip for a good reputation in a casino.

          I played there and even deposited there.  I played a free chip and hit Golden Lotus (I posted the screen shot on this forum)  and that was a while ago.  Now, I am no longer allowed to participate in anything with this joke of a casino - their loss.
