      Hello everyone and happy Sunday!

      From some days till now I no longer have access to the cashier of the RTG casino. In all RTG casinos I get off this screen each time I access the case (I put the screen attached). What does it mean? It never happened and therefore can neither deposit it or redeem no deposit coupon.

      Anybody can help me?

      That's very strange Patty - I vaguely recall seeing that on a sister site to a casino that is now no longer available (I was trying to claim a free chip) and when I contacted them, they said that they wouldn't allow me to play at their casino (this was some years ago now).  Did you do what is suggested on the screen?  I'm assuming that you did.

      I'm wondering if anyone else can shed any light on this.  Let's hope they can.

      I tried Inetbet now and i don't have this problems. I would be able to deposit there. All deposit methods are available. I think you should contact Inetbet via email, because a few days ago i got several email that coupons i should tried to redeem are denied. But i did not try to redeem one of this coupns. They told me that after they did an update the software send out a lot of this mails in error. Maybe it is too a problem since they updatet theire system:-(

      Good point jschaub.  I got an email saying "Coupon denied" too.  I emailed them back and said that i had not tried to redeem a coupon.

      Do they have a live chat?  Might be faster to get help that way.

      It's not with InetBet. It's with all RTG casinos. I tried to contact InetBet trought email, but didnt reply me.

      Im very sad because i cant play neither with money and neither with free coupons.

      They say a few month ago that i have no problem with them and i can play with no problem.

      If anybody can help me, it's a very sad Sunday today! ;'(

      The Slotastic Casinò on 13 of April. This happen also with this casinò group.

      So did the problem occur before this download or immediately after?  Or was everything ok after the download of slotastic and the problem occurred later on?

      Hi again Patty;-) did you try it on the Instant Play version? Some RtG's have a no download version available. Like Cherry Red , Rushmore and Slots Oasis. Maybe it is there able to do a deposit when you are in the Browser Version of the Casinos:-) Goodluck hun!!!

      I unistalling " Internet Download Managaer " a program who managed download and i try to turn off the computer for all the night. Now it's all okay! The cashier is working and im able to deposit! Maybe was this program who made interference!

      Sounds like it Patty.  Well done on sorting it out - definitely worth remembering the cause of the problem in case someone else on the forum has the same problem.
