        So once again I am on a rampage rant. I have been playing at Intercasino for a few months now. When I made my first few deposits I was lucky enough and won a jackpot and was able to cash out 2000 yay for me. But then I have made thousands in deposits back since which i have to tell you is way more than I can afford and my debt collectors can account to that. Anyway I usually get their monthly bonuses as everyone else gets too, and on a couple of occasions the mid monthly reload bonus. Which is a deposit match bonus. But thats it no free spins or no deposit chip. Nothing on my birthday. They have a cash back system like loyalty points which we all know is hard to accumulate and which you only get on the 18th of the month if you have over 50. Over the past few months I have received approx 700 now thats a lot of wagering approx $233,000. Now remember people cash back's and loyalty money is money we have EARNED and is very minimal for the amount we wager I think, but then again its free in a way, as in they dont have to have it. I have sent them several emails asking for a bonus especially when i read online that people got free spin codes and free cash. This is what the assistant to the manager Ryan Hartly, Sam said

        FYI; live chat is not available at cashier only email and phone back. I found their live chat by going onto their website clicking instant play then clicking register new account then on that page in the corner live chat.

        You can be sure I sent an email back with my dissatisfaction. Firstly they give out free stuff to people who HAVENT deposited because if you have to get a deposit match. Well that says it all right. Everyone just dont deposit just register and they will throw money at you. (i have never deposited at A1 casino which is an affiliate and never received a free bonus other than the initial 5 which had been posted on here many months ago I think).

        I explained that there are land based casinos here in australia and all over the world where we could gamble away our cash but we choose to go online not only for convenience but because of the deposit matches and most importantly the FREE CASH AND SPINS and different game choice i guess.

        Let me say in the past year I have noticed this strange decline in promotions and free cash and spins at ALL online casino's whether it be royal vagas, inter casino, jackpot city and all slots. Not to mention the very bad rival and real time gaming with their ridiculous terms and conditions. I was reading on one of the RTG casino's their T&R's on free chips and it states of course that you cant claim winnings unless you have deposited directly before you get a free chip and that places including Australia can only use them for entertainment purposes. Entertainment purposes, well why not just play in practice mode then right. I mean seriously! Or recently i found expext casino with 100 free spins on tomb raider through an affiliate and I thought OMG wow that is so rare. Then ofcourse they only do 10 lines on this 30 liner game. So its like pulling you in to register with free something but only giving you a third. I'm not complaining too much about that though as it was free after all, truely free.
        I especially hate the casinos that give out a free 100 usually on RTG or Rival then you have to deposit to claim winnings or you can only withdraw 20. Sometimes when you withdraw you have to pay bank fees etc and it hardly seems worth it as your only going spend in somewhere else in a matter of minutes. Oh and all the microgaming casinos (baring one that only allows african countries to register) with their stupid 1 hour free no deposit free play. NO deposit thats a straight out lie, you have to deposit to claim the winnings so really its more like a deposit match wherein the only benefit is if you can win 100 and only deposit 20 which is 500% deposit match.

        The free tournaments get to me too and recently royal vegas said they were going to have free rolls where you could not get continues or rebuys making it a one try for each player kind of thing making it much fairer. What is the point of playing free tournaments when others will pay to win. I have paid to continue and it becomes this tournament war thing and I end up either loosing more than the top prize or breaking even. Total waste of time.

        There needs to be a committee of players that represent what we want and not just what the billionaire owners of these casinos want. yes they are the owners they make the rules, but we are the consumer we fund their bank accounts we should be left feeling happy not sad and unhappy. They fly their jets, drive their million dollar cars and live in mansions while we, lets face the fact, gambling addicts, loose everything. Is it so much to get some very much deserved $$$$$$$$$$$.

        So I really would love to know what others think about this. I know being so unhappy about loosing so much money over the years I should just stop. I know I'm not the only one who thinks this about their gambling. But still should would we all just stop playing to make a point and stop loosing money, or should we stand up for better playing experiences? I dont know. Please someone tell me I've not gone completely mad and that others have realised that online casinos have changed and aren't being so generous. They (the owners) are still making billions nothings changed there in fact they may be making more so why are we making less?

        You are right on with what you said and in no way are you crazy or will anyone be mean to ya! I used to play at this very casino before the US ban. All i ever got was loyalty points then too. They are a great casino as far as software and the games. In fact i think they are one of the best.

        It seems the better the casino the less there are bonuses. I suppose that is the price we have to pay for having a reputable casino. If you think about casinos that offer generous free chips and promotions, you will notice that they are mainly rogue. Not all now.....but many!

        If casinos constantly gave out free chips and spins this is where they get in to trouble and can't pay players who win. Having said that i think that the better casinos like InterCasino could certainly offer their best players a free chip now and again especially when you request one.

        In order to compete with land based casinos they really should. But they have a marketing strategy similar to the land based casino. They want to reel in the less frequent players by offering them better promotions.

        Then you have the problem of bonus whores who abuse the free chips. This has ruined it for the rest of us who want to play at these casinos and are a serious minded gambler.

        I think there is something that can and should be done to reward players other than a loyalty point system.
