  • I use to love this group and use to play there all of the time.  I recently had an issue with one of the cards that I use.  I was an authorized user on one of my mother's cards and used it a couple of times to deposit with.  There were never any issues with charge backs or anything like that but they insisted on speaking with her about it even though I told them that I was authorized to use it. Geez I can understand the issue if there had been charge backs or problems but come on, that was over a year ago.  They wanted a copy of her driver's license and a whole bunch of other stuff.  I just simply told them no and they pretty much have blacklisted me now making it very difficult for me to deposit.  All of my credit cards used to deposit are now being flagged as "high risk" even though there has never been a problem with them and they are trying to tell me that it is the processor that is doing it, which I think is totally bull.  I think they have flagged my account within the casino and if that is the case, I wish they would just be honest instead of wasting my time.  If anyone knows if they are really telling the truth about the "high risk" thing I would really like to know.  It just seems shady to me.  I wouldn't be so adamant about knowing the truth if it wasn't for the fact that I have always had such great luck there, enjoy their games and have never had problems with getting paid, which is a rarity with most of the casinos out there.

You should have provided them with all the docs they asked you of. But you said no and any casino would see that as suspicious....
  • They have every single one of my documents.  I have been playing there for years.  They wanted my mother's drivers license which  I found to be a little excessive and it wouldn't have mattered anyway because I knew she would have never consented to providing them with that information anyway since she is not the customer directly.  My mother is 85, old skool and doesn't give out her information to anyone unless it is required like if she was getting a mortgage or something like that.  I offered proof of authorization via a bank letter from the card issuer but they will not budge having her picture ID.  She is not the customer, I am and they have every single piece of my documentation.  If I can provide proof of authorization from the actual card issuer then that should be sufficient imo, being that the issue is not charge backs or contested charges with the card, it's just the fact that it was her name on the actual card and not mine, even though I can provide them with proof of authorization for my use of the card in question.

My issue is the "high risk" flag they have put on ALL of my cards and being told that they are not the ones doing it and blaming it on the processors and refusing to just tell me.  The point is, if they have a copy of the card on file and it has been used before and there have never been problems with the card then there should be no reason for them to flag it as "high risk".  If they want to flag that particular card as high risk then fine but to flag every single one of my other cards as "high risk" because of that particular card with no prior issues, then I do have a problem with that being that the others are directly in my name and have been used several times in the past without issue nor concern.

  • I don't think they are out of line for their request at all.  If your name is not on the card, then it shouldnt be used at casino account with your name on it.  Actually even if you provided documents payout should have probably been rejected anyways.

If you are really an authorized user you should just have a card with your name. Actually no merchant or store should allow you to use a card without your name on it.  It would be crazy for the bank or credit card company to do that because they would constantly be getting chargebacks.

You have been gambling long enough, you should know that YOUR NAME has to be on the card your depositing with.  Why would you deposit with someone elses card?

  • Well it was my mistake and when they asked I did not give them a hard time, nor was I deceitful.  I understand their position and I accept it.  The point is I offered them a bank letter, which they refused, it has been over a year since that card was even used and had there been any problems with it there certainly would have been a charge back, which there wasn't.  My problem with them is I have asked direct questions to them and they have been less than forthcoming in giving answers. They him and haw and dance around any direct question I ask them regarding my current cards and their use. I have the option of using voucher which is fine BUT when I asked if I would receive any payouts if I happened to be able to cash out there was no definitive answer.  This, in itself is a worry and until I receive a direct answer to that question, I probably should not deposit with that group anytime in the near future, if not ever again.

You shouldn't even have to ask them if you can can cashout using a card that doesn't have your name. Yeah the answer is no you shouldn't receive a payout if your using a card that doesn't have your name on it.  Its that simple.

Not trying to give you a hard time, but again you have been doing this online gambling thing for a long time.
  • No you misunderstand me. The card in question hasn't been used in over a year. I am talking about if I make a deposit with a card that is in my name and I happen to be able to cash out, will they pay me, given the circumstance with the problem in the past with that card that was not in my name even though I was an authorized user.  The "problem" card is no longer in use and hasn't been for over a year.  It is my present cards that I am talking about.
