Is anyone still playing at Cleos

I have not seen anyone posting about Cleos and i was just wondering if anyone was still playing there and how is it going. I could never get the casino downloaded on my desk top and now that i have a laptop i was thinking about trying to download the software.

I've yet to try this casino Rena so no help here I'm afraid.

So I downloaded the casino and the country code during registration was already filled in for USA.  I spoke to live help and they said their casino is not available for me.  Looks like USA only.

I have not heard good things lately about this Casino. It's a shame because they started out well and love their Slots. But there has been some complaints about getting paid. I don't know if they are back on track now. I would like to know too if anyone has played here lately and had no issues with getting paid.

Hi glad to give you an update on Cleos. Don't play there anymore.

When I first started playing at Cleos a year ago I was so happy a US casino or sweeps stake casino had opened in US. Within the first six months of playing I was up several thousand dollars All my wins were between $500-1000. I couldn't believe it a real ligit casino in the US.

I knew of course my luck would run out sooner or later. Well it did on the sixth month it was like a switch had been turned on to loose from then on.  >:D >:D Really after the sixth month everytime I played I would loose my deposit in 30 minutes or less and I would not hit any feature bonuses anymore.

Within 1 month I was even in the red. On the same deposit amount 3 months earlier I would play for hours and hit feature after feature with big payouts.  I realized of course at that point they were just letting people win in the beginning to get a good reputation built up.

Well after six months I guess they felt it was time to pull the plug on the payouts.

No matter how much I played even playing the same games and deposit amounts as when I was winning it did not matter. My deposits would not last for 30 minutes of playtime. I of course got feed up with the same out come over and over again and just stopped playing there.

Every once in a while I will make a deposit to see if the machines are still tight and they are >:D >:D

So good bye Cleos

Plus it really sucks that they sent me a 1099 and now I will loose even more to the IRS >:D >:D >:D

I have played there but never cashed out. I do love the Slots but i got a bit aggravated when i went to cash in my Virtual Spree credits and picked out a nice piece of jewelry and never received it only to learn that all my credits were placed back in my account. I contacted support and was told "we are so sorry but there was a mistake on the number of credits needed on the gift you have chosen".

Having that bad experience sort of did mean and made me wonder if that happened what would my cash out experience be. I know they started out very well but later after reading some member posts i am not so sure anymore.

I don't know if they have redeemed themselves as a reputable Casino or not. Would love to here some current feed back on player experiences. 

Thank you for the update. So sorry this happened but i did see where Cleos was having some problems. I was just wondering if things had changed.

Haven't deposited there in a long time IMHO their CS has gone downhill and everywhere you go you hear about people not getting paid for literally months with no explanation from them except 'processor issues'. Right. I'll pass. But a free chip?  I'll take that!
