  • My withdrawal of $2500 from Slots Jungle was approved and sent on March 20th.  I have yet to receive the check ... I have contacted them several times since it has been 21 days since they said that they sent it.  This is the email I got today!

    I appreciate your reply, however, I do not have many options when it comes to online casinos as I am from the US.  Their group seems to have the best bonuses and your money seems to last longer than with some of the other RTG groups.  Jackpot Capital and Club World are so darn tight that you cant even get much playing time for your money.  Why bother playing somewhere where you have no chance of winning?  I play there because I seem to have the best luck as far as winning and being able to cash out.  I just need to vent sometimes when I am frustrated.  I am sorry if that offends you. Oh and for the record ... did I ever ask you to feel sorry for me?  I don't think so.

  • Nope not trying to be rude, actually I was trying to tell you in a nice way your posts about slots jungle are over excessive. So I wont candy coat it in the future. 

    Posting about your problems is one thing, yes indeed it helps warn others,  but that is never your motive.  You get mad at slots jungle, make a post,  you then go back to playing there , and then a few weeks later another post. 

    As a matter of fact you just posted on an old thread about bonuses, and posted about not getting your check.  What does a bonus thread have to do with you getting your check? 

    It seems your tactic is to have as many posts about slots jungle come up as possible to get attention, just like I said in my other post.  It obv your making these posts when you are very angry, then it turns personal, and that's when the over excessiveness takes place. IMO that takes away from the "spirit" of the forum.

    I am sure your not going to like what I say, but it is what it is.  I have certainly do like some of your posts and information it just goes over the top sometimes.  Yes post your problems, but do it with a cool head.

  • I can understand both of your frustrations..........

    Trpschick has had some seriously long delays that are justified complaining about. The forum is to share these issues and hopefully get some results or at least allow members to vent.

    On the other hand BMW is a straight shooter and tends to tell it like it is when there is continuous complaining over and over about the same thing especially regarding terms and conditions.

    But i think trpschick is justified in this situation because she has experienced some tough times getting paid here with unnecessarily long delays. And in the past she does come forward once it is settled and shares the good times NOT just the bad times.

    It is when members have to read non-stop complaints about the same thing and rarely have a nice thing to say about their gaming experiences. Surely to God there must be some winning going on or else they would never play, yet we rarely read it from some constant complainers.

    In a perfect world and a perfect forum there would be zero complaints or need to vent but unfortunately its not the case at times.

    I hope it helps in giving a better understanding where you are both coming from and there is no hard feelings.

    April 15, 2013 - email sent to finance department

    Well I found out today that Federal Express has NOTHING in their system, which means that you never processed or sent the $2500 check.  I sent you updated wire information the other day and since the check has not been processed I would like the wire done TODAY!!!!! I am tired of getting the runaround every single time I have a withdrawal.  I enjoy playing with your establishment, however, if I do not receive my winnings within the week I will discontinue playing with you and will file a complaint.  I don't want to have to resort to this, however, I am being pushed beyond my level of patience.  I will give you the instructions for the wire transfer again.  Please take care of this today!  Thank you

    So, as you all can see, they initially told me the check was sent on March 20th, so I believe that I do have a right to complain since after checking with Federal Express (which is the way all of their check payments are sent) there is nothing in their system.

    Today I spoke to the "Casino Manager" and he said they DID send the check but that it was 6-9 days later than the date it was approved on (March 20), but what is funny is that Fed Ex doesnt have any deliveries in their system for me.  Wow ... can you believe that?  Hmmmm, now I am confused (sarcasm).  I don't know what to do now as I have gone as high up as I can go and this is still not resolved and I am still getting the runaround AND I still don't have my winnings and have no idea when I will receive them either.  >:(

  • Hmmm this is not sounding good at all. Fed Ex would have a tracking # if it was truly sent. I would tell them that you are really sick and tired of the runaround and now the lies.

    The most frustrating part is giving players false hope. Just tell it like it is and say there is a delay and give a real date when a check will be issued. Is that so hard? I mean this is really getting ridiculous.

    Well it sure is a casino wide problem it seems .... The Casino Manager himself told me he doesnt know what is going on and was physically going over to the finance department on another matter and would speak to them while he was there.  Dont know whether he did or not as I have not heard a word. I know the check was not processed but I need to find a way to get them to pay me.  I even sent emails and wire instructions to the finance department I dont even know how many times telling them if a check is an issue to just wire the funds and I told them exactly how to do it.  After I did that I received a reply from Johnny in the finance department with the standard response.  "We don't have the tracking number yet, but as soon as we do we will forward the information to you". He doesnt even address any of the questions I ask him.  All he sends is the standard response about the tracking number.  I am just so tired of this day after day and having to wait for a straight answer, which I know I am not getting. Almost a month since approval and nada zip ziltch!  I guess the only alternative left is to try and file a complaint with CDS.  I really dont want to do that but I am feeling like that is my only other option.

    I can understand that the finance dept is not there on the weekends so PLEASE contact them again tomorrow and see what they will now have to say. You my dear have the patience of a saint. Its a good thing you do too because otherwise ya have to worry about them locking your account,banning you and lose all contact with support.

    In the meantime did you ever hear back from Daniel?

    All he said was that he was checking on it.... nothing more .... seems like EVERYONE who works there is "checking" on it but nothing seems to be getting done.  Got the same email from finance again this morning that they have been sending for 2-3 weeks now ... "We dont have a tracking number yet but as soon as we get it we will send it to you" ... no one and I mean no one has any answers too my inquiries!

    Please trust me and I will sort it out. The CS always have less info regarding the payments than the Finance department, since they are getting the info from them and therefore always behind.

    You don't need to contact CS, no need to contact finance. I will check where the check got lost and find it/resend it/ whatever.

    Just please give me some time...(since i was barely at the office the past few days.

    haaaaaaaaaaaaa AND I would change ALL the TLC about how this place is run too!  the point should be is where would you be if you had no one giving you business?????  They sure wouldnt last very long if everyone just stopped depositing there .... One of these days someone over there might wake up and have the light bulb go on.  If you dont take care of your customers FIRST ... before long you wont have any customers to take care of! 
  • I think one of the biggest problems here is proper communication. You said Daniel would check into it the other day. He comes back to say  "i was barely at the office the past few days". Had Daniel said that from the get go it would help to alleviate a bit of the frustration of waiting.

    On the other hand in Daniel's defense there is only so much he can do. Yes, he is the rep but he has to answer to a higher authority at this casino. His hands are tied and i am sure he is just as aggravated as the players are with no results. I am sure he feels the $500 cash-out is insane and has expressed that.

    It makes his position as a rep very unrewarding because he has zero input to rectify situations like this. There is only one true loser and that is the owners of SJ and with repeated issues they will end up in the Sin Bin if they don't clean up their act.

    You are right and i usually do check when i say.

    I had a bike crash 2 days ago- everything is ok- but still had to be for a day at the hospital for checks and stuff.

    Not an accuse but I do check things. At the moment i know that they have been calling the check company to get the answer what happened to that wire.

    Will be solved.
