  • I appreciate the promo material and think LCB is awesome but these casinos in the list have a penchant for creating tourneys with lack of bankroll depth in the "freeroll category." To have a chance...

  • Hiya LCB'ers,

It's a sad sad state of affairs we are in as a US player. I could swear i saw an eagle struggling to fly over head with one broken wing the other day  :'(. The US kicked us where it hurts once again. We fought hard not to give in to a law that good ole George Dubya Bush laid down 5 years ago.

We watched as casino after casino held up their sign " NO US". They took away our Microgaming, Playtech, Cryptologic and more. They stripped us of Firepay, Neteller and Ewalletxpress. They took away our credit card privileges. And now they have taken away our Full Tilt, Poker Stars, UB and Absolute Poker. We watch as Rival casinos buckle under the pressure and say goodbye to us. And now we wait and wonder will RTG be next.

They came like thieves in the night. They stole money from our players account. They stole  thousands of dollars in pending transactions at our processors.

We persevered and fought the fight every step of the way. They couldn't break our spirit  though they tried take our freedom away from us. We stand for freedom and they broke that promise. We are survivors and we are rebels with a cause. With every road block they set up, we found a new road to take.

It's time to give us back our rights. It's time to mend that broken eagles wing. it's time to give us back our freedom. It's time to lift the ban.........

  • People are going to find a way to gamble online.  Vegas and Atlantic City cost a lot of money to get to (and from--especially with the new gas costs.)  Gambling is a vice for many people and these online casinos know it.

Hopefully, like the prohibition lawmakers will decide once an for all online gaming is here to stay.

  • Yes.....Yes......Yes......

It's time to lift the ban, but how? sad

I would love to play micrograming.

I've given up on most all online casinos.  I just play a few free tournaments and play free poker at Pure Play.  I'm done unless and until they give us some choices.

I've noticed some casinos don't give a hoot about depositing customers, why should they?  They know we are so limited at where we can play.

  • It's so like prohibition. The booze kept flowing and i am so glad it did!!

I think we are past the 'how" gabby. I predict next year this time you and i are going to be talking about Tomb Raider  wink
  • Hi lipstick_xoxos,

It seems like the online gambling situation in the USA does get sadder daily.
I think if the USA could tax online gambling somehow they would have no problem doing it.

I pray daily to the Slot Goddess that we will be alright.

  • Never...and I believe it will stay that way unless I find self reasons of doing otherwise.

The industry has gone through many similar events in the past.
There was the arrests of Neteller operators, the arrests of Sporting bet Execs., seizures of over 100 casino domains via the courts and so on, we've had almost every darn major financial processors pulled away from us starting with Moneybookers, Neteller, Mastercard...etc. and the choices that have left for us were only few softwares and casinos since the banning from Playtech, Cryptologic and Micro Gaming and etc.
But none above, whatsoever stopped us from continuously finding ways...
Legalization will come...it might even come sooner than we think until then, we stick together, gathering helpful informations and share the ideas as much as we can in a calmly manner...

  • Thanks august hun for that awesome link!!

  • that ? is asked and i really didnt have to give much thought. i am so saddened by losing all my accts today at Fortune lounge and casino rewards group that i am starting back at the casino 5 min from my house. i live in Louisiana and in 6 months vegas tech, playtech, and all Mg groups have left bc of our banking laws. i had accts at those casinos for 8 yrs and had dep easily 6 figures amongst all of them . i loved the software , cservice and had developed relationships with support there. they knew my voice and it was easy to get things done. now i feel like oh well i will never dep with rtg or rival b/c the software , no matter how hard they try is inferioir and so is the trust level and our money$$.  Good luck all sleepy 8'| thumbs_down sick >:D

  • I feel you pain NOLA!  I am so saddened by the fact that OUR GOVERNMENT is taking away our rights!  I live 30 mins from Foxwoods and Mohegan but I loved online since it was so convenient and a better selection of games!  I will be voting all those incumbents out of office in 2012!!  I CHALLENGE ALL AMERICANS TO VOTE THEM ALL OUT!!

  • i am bed bound and house bound because of illness i feel lke i am locked in a box the only thing i enjoy is online gambling take that  away what do i ahve left nothing.

  • I totally understand, spazz.  For medical reasons, I don't go out very often except to work, for as long as that lasts.  I don't drink, have sex, don't like television, and can't see to read.  So, my recreation was just taken away by the government.
However, I guess R and R is not part of that right we have to "life, liberty and pursuit of happiness."
I believe that this would be legalized if they could tax online gambling the way they do land based gambling.  In fact, it might go far to pay off the national debt!

    end rant
