  • Knew it would happen sooner or later.... laugh_out_loud!!!  I have officially been banned from taking any more deposit coupons at Slot Jungle.  My last lucky run, which was done with a $60 deposit and 215% coupon finally sent them over the edge I guess.  I am now forbidden to use any type of coupon when depositing.  I cant even redeem my comp points without directly contacting the finance department.  Oh well, it was fun while it lastest.  It is a shame though .... they got quite a bit of business from me and now I guess I have become a liability to them!  Actually I think it is pretty crappy, but oh well ... thats the way the slots spin! laugh_out_loud

    I too have had my share of being kicked out from casinos, simply for making too many withdrawals within a short period of time. But I certainly had my incredible fun from them before their doors closed on me, hehehe.

    Now...if only I can duplicate those wins at other casinos...hahahaha.

  • I just think that it is utterly ridiculous since you have a playthrough to meet anyway and 9 times out of time you end up as  a loser anyway.  I guess they dont mind as long as you lose.  But what gets me is the fact that I have to go through the finance department to redeem the comp points that I have earned.  what kind of crap is that?

  • Aww shucks trpschick......yep sooner or later it was going to happen and if it was the land based casinos they would most likely escort you out. Casinos are soooooo notorious for this. But asking the finance dept for you Comp Points seems a bit extreme. I would think you are entitled to this because you earn it fair and square through wagering.

    You had an excellent run with this casino and have gotten more than most players!

  • No need to crack your head on why they are doing that to you trpschick. They are making everything so damn difficult for you, in the hope that you'll throw up your hands, quit and never come back! Failing that, the ultimatum...banning you from playing at their casino.

    I was lucky though...they treated me very well all the way, until my accounts were suddenly locked. They even honoured the pending withdrawals and paid me in full soon enough. Well...maybe they are sad to see me go...maybe...or just my wishful thinking...hahahaha.

  • There was one casino on my desktop...can't remember which...where I had about 5 bucks worth of comp points.  I'd have been glad to contact finance to redeem them because there wasn't even a button to "redeem comp points" in my cashier!  It used to be there...but at some point they took away my ability to use them.  There they were in my cashier.  Taunting me.  ahhhh...

    So I was wondering, did they also remove your "redeem" button?  If not, what happens if you try to redeem?  Do you get some popup warning?  Just curious.

    Well, the button is there but when I try to use it, it says contact customer service, then of course live chat tells you that you have to send an email to the finance department to request them, which is utter BS if you ask me.  I see my problem is being is that I have 49,303 comp points sitting there and for some reason or another they just dont want me to have them I think. Actually, you cant tell me that a manager couldnt do that for you through the system.  Also, it was interesting on Thursday morning when I spoke to the manager on duty "Chuck", and inquired about that while we were in live chat that he actually called over to the finance department and requested that they issue my comp points to my account.  That was Thursday morning and I still havent been credited.  If there werent so many comp points in my account I would just forget about it but that is quite a bit and it looks like I am at the mercy of the finance department once again, and we all know from past experience with my withdrawal what this is going to be like trying to get them to give them to me.  Actually, I am just waiting for them to find an excuse to not give them to me. 
  • That's a lot of comp points and you are right to be ticked off they are holding them hostage.  I can't think of any reason they could deny them to you.  I hope they give them to you as they should.

    This is really a love hate relationship.  I know you were really pissed at them when your last cashout took so long, rightfully so.  Right after they got it to you you loved them again.  Now they are messing with your comp points and you hate them again.

    You really should be entitled to your comp poins because you earned them. But at the same time I would be more focused on getting your money right now.  I do know from your previous post you might have had around $500 in points, but your balance was like 30k.  As frustrating as it maybe, I would take one step at a time.  Get your money sent to you, then work on the points.  Its best not to get upset publicly for the moment while you are waiting to get paid (unless there becomes a problem).  $30k is more important than the comp points right this second.

    Well I have been fighting for them for about a week now, management said that finance had to approve that ... yesterday evening I got an email from finance saying that management was responsible for that ... so in my mind, this tells me that someone is jerking me around and they dont want to give them to me.
