Jackpot Capital (RTG general)

Well the last few days ive changed a little to my online security utils, and ive notice quite alot of unregular RTG software trying to connect to the internet without loading the software itself, makes me wonder why does it do this, is it stealing personal records to see which other casino's your playing at or what?.

JC has been the worst so far, but clubworld/betphoenix/alladins gold has so far done this in the last 24hours.

That sounds a bit worrying kazzi.

Does this happen when you first turn on your computer or does it happen when your pc has been on for some time?

It happens totally random whole day, like just now was just 1 warning but happens 5-10times a day which conserns me alot.

Cause if u deny you cant play at the casino later without removing the blocking.

There must be something running in the background that is gathering data or something along those lines.

Have you looked at the processes that are running on your pc?

Its just like this and i dident load the casino myself, gonna try find a tracker to see what it actually does when connecting by itself.

Looks like its a script that is installed when you instal the software.  I had a PUP (potentially unwanted program) that was removed and it was ok after that.

Running a monitor software right now waiting on the casino to try connect to see what actually happens.

Dident find anything un-normal form the software from the link u gave me, other than as they saying also the casino.adware collects information and send them which is what i wanna find out, cause that cant be legal.

Sorry the link wasn't too much help - but at least you know you're not alone.

I'm guessing there may be a bit of small print somewhere in the T & C about gathering info.

This is very disturbing.  Maybe an IP cloak may help.

Gonna set it up again tomorrow, cause some strange is going on and i dont like it thats for sure.

Noticed other RTG casinos's try to make a connection right after your starting another casino today also, can only be for monitoring your playing at difference places.

But i will get a good look at this before i confront there support/manager, and make a post about my findings here.

Some screenshots would be good kazzi so everyone can know what they are looking for (if it is at all possible).

Well i dont know which utils to try find more information but i just had my computer closed down for cleaning then 2-3min after rebooting my pc this happens.

And i dident start any program up at all, all these started by themself, but the only thing im 99% sure about is they are reporting to the casino but what they report i got none idea about, if anyone can find information in there T&C or general rules about this adware lemme know else this is highly illegal.

And there is none background application running for this, its the adware.casino which is required access to the internet for you to play so its either play at RTG or not there is none betweens.

Would be nice if one of our casino reps could give a answer to this cause i dont what them to know what im doing when NOT playing at there casino.

Well check a little myself its legal what they are doing but why i wonder, cause maybe its just me but where is my privacy when they collect data when ever they want for my browsing and so on.

I don't have this but I may have found the source of the file.  It's another casino called Gold VIP Club Casino.  

I did a search for the file plibc32.dll and that was what it said it related to.

Do you have that casino installed?

Tirilej: thanks for the message but i dont even use internet explorer but what your trying to remove there wont help for this.

Blue: all RTG casino's got plibc32.dll its required to run the software if remove you will just get a error for missing files.

Hmm - well it's definitely a PUP.  When I downloaded some of the RTG casinos it did pop up on my AVG.  So I said remove - but I was still able to run the program - just not with that bit installed.

Its weird i really dont get it, only way i see is to uninstall and just install when needed then remove after playing, atleast there will be none logs reported then other than my playtime this way.

Did you download AVG (its free) it will scan and remove crap like that!! 

Gonna give it a go, since my other software can remove it but its gonna delete the files also lol.
