I have been trying all day to contact support in live chat but no reps have been available and I can't submit a message to have someone get back to me for some reason. Help!

There's a thread on another forum that Jackpot Capital has changed some things for the worse. I think their entire loyalty program has been changed upsetting some of its players.

I got the same email and live chat said it was a mistake so they credited my account $50.00 so just keep trying to contact them.

WOW i deleted my email  . No code no was with it. I try to keep my email cleaned out so that i will not miss the important ones. JPC has changed though. I feel like it would have been better to make the depositors freechip with a lower WR and more cash out instead of taking away the bonuses for everyone. They could have still had the 60x and $180 max cash out for players (IMO).
