Sounds as though the slot had some sort of glitch. Have you thought about contacting NetEnt if you're getting no joy from Net Bet Casino?

well a have had an email from net bet saying they passed on the dates a gave them to there tech guys so that's one week today the slot vanished so a will given them until Monday then yes blueday a was thinking the same going to net ent the thing a find worrying is they are making out they don't know what day THERE slot vanished a mean would you know what day your TV vanished from your house am curious am going to check an see if cosmic fortunes is back on there site at netbet an a will keep yous posted thanks for the support guys

Just checked NetBet casino and Cosmic Fortune slot is there. You might want to check it out Stephen Clax Mclachlan, and see if the game will continue where it got frozen before they removed it. Hopefully you'll get some response from NetBet soon with some explanation what happened, as it seems obvious it was a glitch on their side.

I don't know if Netbet applied for a U.K. license, it might have something to do with that..
If you can't see the games and other people that aren't from the U.K. can, it seems a likely scenario.

Still if you got disconnected and the game was removed or Geo-Blocked for U.K players after that, and there is still a "pending state" of the bonusgame you were in, like the first two times, it should be retrievable, at least in data form, and Netent themselves should be able to do that.

I would follow Blueday's advice and contact Netent directly a.s.a.p., Netbet might be a great Casino, i can't say from personal experience, but in this case i would not rely on them, especially since you seem blocked from the games.
