Yep ... I looked at it and it looks like Casino Titan, with the same kinds of bonuses.  I deposited and played and the bonus rounds were pretty much non existent.  Some of the payouts on a single spin were ok but my experience was not too good of a chance to win even by taking a bonus.  I deposited $50 took the 195% bonus and I got maybe 45  minutes to an hour of playing time and only got 1/3 of the way through playthrough.  I was betting between .80 and 1.25 per line. Maybe someone else will have better luck than I did.  Let me know how you fare if you deposit here.

I am getting the same hiccups too...keep losing the internet connection after every few spins...so most probably it's the casino's end that is facing some technical difficulties or bad internet connection! No point trying to play whilst this problem persist.

('the administrator' as you mentioned, Rena, is actually the windows operating system...it is telling you that windows cannot continue due to the lost internet connection.  )

Well I figured out I would give it a try so that I could give anyone else that was thinking about playing some insight.  Hope it helps someone out there!

I have been playing at Jackpot Grand for a while. I liked this casino until last week I tried to log on and couldn't.  Well I asked why I couldn't get on and they said they closed my account for security issues (what does that mean?) no one can tell me. All I get is they don't have access to that screen.  Well 3 days later I get an email saying due to a security and administrative decision they closed my account and will be giving me a refund.  Well should I be scared about this is on line gambling legal in USA.  I just got 18 refunds from this casino.  Also 2 others shut me down.  I want to know why and cant get answers.  has this happen to anyone else or just me.  HELP

RTG RTG RTG are there any other software that caters to the USA? I haven't deposited into RTG in a few months now. Its the same song over and over again. You people who live outside of the usa is so darn lucky. I feel like a trapped animal at times.

          I hear you chocolateman,  it seems this type of software is getting the lion's share of complaints lately.    It still surprises me how people don't seem to heed warning signs and other people's bad experiences.  I'm hoping that if Neteller expands, other software brands will open up to Americans again.

I too hope something gives and soon. I am now down to three casinos to play at and it looks like soon i will be cutting the third one because of poor (meaning no) wins and just plain tiredness of blank spins. I think RTG can be top of the software chain if it wasn't so many rogue casinos out there  >:(.

              Absolutely Rena!,  I think they could loosen the purse strings a little.  Unfotuneately it seems with this group there seem to be a lot giving a few a bad name.  I still play at RTG (being American it's one of the few places I can play obviously).    I think you just have to find a few you really trust and stick with them.  I've said before I'm lucky because I never had any problems with any of them but I think I got in with good reputable groups.
