Avoid this rubbish place. I'm far from a newbie to casinos as well.
clueless support, slow payouts and a complete shambles overall.
I will list all the problems.
I had a bonus (Deposit bonus), lost it. My balance was £0.00. I know that because I was playing a 30p a spin slot and at the end had 25p left of my bonus so changed slot to a 25p slot for 1 last spin with all lines in play.... That spin lost.... So now my balance was £0.00.
I was about to close my account but looked in the playtech cashier and had a few £'s of comp points (These are classed as pure cash). I claimed them expecting them to come to nothing but ended up winning nearly £1000.
I wanted to cashout, looked on my account and to my horror the bonus I had zeroed was still on my account and everything I had won from the cash comps were bonus funds.
I looked through game logs and clear as day it showed... my balance was £0.00 with the bonus (So it should of been wiped off), then I claimed £3 of cash comp points and made my balance up to nearly £1000.
Support would have none of it. They said it shows on my account as needing to meet WR for the previous bonus so thats what it is. I explained countless times how the bonus was £0.00 so should of been removed automatically, then I claimed £3 cash comp points. I copied and pasted my balance logs which showed this. Still they were telling me about needing to meet the WR for the bonus I lost. I was getting nowhere with them and in the end they told me they are very sorry but it must of been a system error that showed my bonus balance as £0.00 at the time I claimed the cash comp points. When actually I had some balance remaining of the bonus.
Feeling like I was getting nowhere I played on, met the WR of the bonus that shouldn't exist and cashed out nearly £900.
Right away I wanted to send docs over to speed up the process of getting my cash. I got in touch with live support and asked for the email address to send doc's to. They didn't even give me it at first.... just gave me a copied and pasted message saying what ID they will require and how it's checked in under 24 hours. I repeated myself a few times and finally got the email address.
I sent over docs 5 days ago. Live support say ID docs are checked and verified in under 24 hours. It says this in the terms parts of the website too. 3 days later I received an email saying they had not received my ID yet. I emailed back both support and the docs department saying I have sent them in and they are ready to be checked.... No reply as of yet.
I spoke to live support asking if my docs were received yet.... I was given a copied and pasted unrelated message saying that withdrawals take up to 72 hours where they remain reversible and then are processed.
I repeated myself a few times, didnt get a straight answer and was told they have forwarded my message to the ID verification department.
Live support are clearly clueless and each time I contacted them I had to wait at least 20 mins for someone to respond. On a few occasions nobody responded at all.
My withdrawal was made over 5 days ago. Support and the website say withdrawals are reversible for up to 72 hours.... It's still reversible now though.
In this day and age it is far from acceptable, slow payouts, poor support. It's funny how these guys do a blog, claim their casino is the best to play at and how people should avoid any other casino due to slow/no payouts.
When actually why is it that casinos like 32red, guts, betat, interwetten, tropezia, betsson, would of all verified my docs and paid me my money 3 days ago.
