      Avoid this rubbish place. I'm far from a newbie to casinos as well.

      clueless support, slow payouts and a complete shambles overall.

      I will list all the problems.

      I had a bonus (Deposit bonus), lost it. My balance was £0.00. I know that because I was playing a 30p a spin slot and at the end had 25p left of my bonus so changed slot to a 25p slot for 1 last spin with all lines in play.... That spin lost.... So now my balance was £0.00.

      I was about to close my account but looked in the playtech cashier and had a few £'s of comp points (These are classed as pure cash). I claimed them expecting them to come to nothing but ended up winning nearly £1000.

      I wanted to cashout, looked on my account and to my horror the bonus I had zeroed was still on my account and everything I had won from the cash comps were bonus funds.

      I looked through game logs and clear as day it showed... my balance was £0.00 with the bonus (So it should of been wiped off), then I claimed £3 of cash comp points and made my balance up to nearly £1000.

      Support would have none of it. They said it shows on my account as needing to meet WR for the previous bonus so thats what it is. I explained countless times how the bonus was £0.00 so should of been removed automatically, then I claimed £3 cash comp points. I copied and pasted my balance logs which showed this. Still they were telling me about needing to meet the WR for the bonus I lost. I was getting nowhere with them and in the end they told me they are very sorry but it must of been a system error that showed my bonus balance as £0.00 at the time I claimed the cash comp points. When actually I had some balance remaining of the bonus.

      Feeling like I was getting nowhere I played on, met the WR of the bonus that shouldn't exist and cashed out nearly £900.

      Right away I wanted to send docs over to speed up the process of getting my cash. I got in touch with live support and asked for the email address to send doc's to. They didn't even give me it at first.... just gave me a copied and pasted message saying what ID they will require and how it's checked in under 24 hours. I repeated myself a few times and finally got the email address.

      I sent over docs 5 days ago. Live support say ID docs are checked and verified in under 24 hours. It says this in the terms parts of the website too. 3 days later I received an email saying they had not received my ID yet. I emailed back both support and the docs department saying I have sent them in and they are ready to be checked.... No reply as of yet.

      I spoke to live support asking if my docs were received yet.... I was given a copied and pasted unrelated message saying that withdrawals take up to 72 hours where they remain reversible and then are processed.

      I repeated myself a few times, didnt get a straight answer and was told they have forwarded my message to the ID verification department.

      Live support are clearly clueless and each time I contacted them I had to wait at least 20 mins for someone to respond. On a few occasions nobody responded at all.

      My withdrawal was made over 5 days ago. Support and the website say withdrawals are reversible for up to 72 hours.... It's still reversible now though.

      In this day and age it is far from acceptable, slow payouts, poor support. It's funny how these guys do a blog, claim their casino is the best to play at and how people should avoid any other casino due to slow/no payouts.

      When actually why is it that casinos like 32red, guts, betat, interwetten, tropezia, betsson, would of all verified my docs and paid me my money 3 days ago.

      There are a lot  of casinos that don't reset your WR after losing your money until next deposit (BGO for example..). Well, verification is pain in a$$ sometimes (first withdrawal in Stargames takes like 2 weeks, same for GrandParker etc., so it's still not so bad) so good luck

      I didn't know that some places did that. Thinking of it now, to some extent I can sort of understand that.

      I.e in case someone is given a free bonus, they wager it loads, gain lots of cash comp points. Then lose the bonus and technically can still claim the comps for free cash.

      The thing is, in this day and age nowhere should take that long. Years back it was a clear casino tactic (claiming the withdrawal is reversible for x amount of time, then allowing it to be reversible for much longer in the hope the player reverses it and loses it all).

      Casino's have even more tools at their disposal to verify a player than they did years ago. They can do credit report searches, even some check if that person has a social networking account to try and verify that they are a real person.

      With so many casino's out there that verify and pay a player in a few hours, the rest have no excuse. Plus it actually loses them money because if a player has to wait ages for their money, they wont be back.

      I avoid slow paying casinos as I know the temptation to reverse the withdrawal often causes me to lose the lot. Jackpot24/7 are all over the TV in the UK. They have TV adverts and after midnight are featured on ITV so they seem like a very big business.

      Even most of the rogues/smaller casinos have better support than Jackpot247.

      So this was a "system error" that showed you at 0.00!  Perhaps logging out and back in might have helped although I do doubt that based on what Sommi said.

      If it is the case that Sommi is right about this "There are a lot  of casinos that don't reset your WR after losing your money until next deposit (BGO for example..)", this should be displayed in their terms and conditions or the terms of the specific bonus taken.

      I hope you get your money Marcus - you did make a deposit and you have met wagering.  Sounds like they are stalling or trying to find a way not to pay you.

      Thanks Blueday. I feel that the support are just clueless.

      What originally happened RE that bonus was...

      I deposited, thought I was opted in for the 100% match bonus for first deposits... as it turns out my account wasn't opted in.

      I lost the first deposit, deposited twice more.... lost those as well.

      I asked support why I didn't get a first deposit bonus... They opted me in and gave me bonus chips to the value of my 1st deposit that should of been given on my 1st deposit. So even if they require extra deposits to wipe off the £0.00 bonus... Technically that bonus was for my 1st deposit, so the other 2 deposits I lost should of wiped it off.

      Then as clearly shown below.... I had a balance of just £3.00 (Cash comp points I redeemed... Most of those points were accumulated from my deposits). 1st 50p spin on Gladiator gave me the bonus round. Then I built my balance up from that

      Support still useless. Waited 40 mins in live chat to speak to someone yesterday...

      Them: Thank you for contacting Jackpot247, please bear with us as all of our agents are currently busy and will be in touch as soon as possible.

      So I waited and right after that got:

      Them: It seems that you are busy, however please feel free to come back to us if you have any more queries.

      Connected again... another 20 minute wait. Got through to someone, asked about my withdrawal. 20 minutes of silence again before they told me they agree I have been waiting too long for my money and have passed my request to the finance department to speed things up.... Still nothing though.
