  • If any of you play at Slots Jungle or Casino Titan, please be aware that their "business" days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  They will not approve any cashouts on Friday Sat or Sun AND the real kicker is is that if you withdrawal on a Tuesday you will not even get approval until the following Monday! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR ... so even you request a withdrawal on a Friday, Sat, Sunday ... you MAY get approval by Thursday but if you request any other day you will have to wait until the following week for your request to be approved.  What really gets me is that their terms state "up to 4 business days for approval"  but I have withdrawn from them 3 times now and have never had a request take less than 4 business days plus the days that they dont work.  So every single withdrawal I have made has taken at least 7 days to get approval, eventhough I am 3rd level VIP and one step below the highest VIP status with the casino.  This just makes no sense at all, there is no way it should take 4 days for them to approve a request especially when you have cashed out before and are a Vip with the Casino.  Wish someone could do something about this policy.

  • There is a method to these casinos madness. If they are not around to process your withdrawal on the weekend they are hoping you will spend it all back in the casino! And i have never seen so many dang "bank holidays" for the finance department!

  •         Thanks trpschick,  I only play on Titan's free tourneys these days.  As for Slots Jungle.....  well I've just read too many non-flattering things about their dealings and non-dealings so to speak.  Point is,  there are so many other groups that pay within the week... why would anyone want to go somewhere that takes that long to pay.  Like Lips says,  I think it's a ploy to get you to spend your winnings.    Hey,  I was born on a Sunday but it wasn't last Sunday.

    In the title of this thread you are yelling.  Are you mad at them? Unfortunately most of this information is not a surprise.  This process is common and I really dont think anything will ever change.  There have been countless threads at multiple forums for  years.  The process wont change.  It will take days to approve and it will be paid in $500 increments most likely once a month.  Hopefully you get your 3k payment.

    The most important thing is not to play the balance back.  You really have nothing to gain by continuing to play because of the lengthy payout process,  but you have everything to lose if you continue to play.  Betting large and chasing bonuses can put your balance to $0 in the blink of an eye. 

    Make sure you do your reasearch on casinos before playing.  It was easy for me to find the common complaint of ridiculous payment amounts. I have never and will never  play at this group because of that.  I wonder if anyone is actually stupid enough deposit large sums of money?  I see they have a higheroller bonus.  Now why would I deposit $500 to be able to withdraw $500 and then possibly get another $500 in a month?

  • yes I can ... they approved the full amount that I asked for on Tues Oct 2 and then approved the full amount that I asked for on Oct 4th.  The status was approved and sent.  I am really happy!  $6000 I believe and now I am just waiting to receive the money!  I guess persistence pays off! I did play some of rest that was in my account after that, BUT I really did have some awesome fun!

    Why would anyone be offended, the fact is that when writing, capitalizing a word or phrase IS a way of emphasizing the word or sentence. I guess to satisfy those that want to call it yelling, we can use quotes, bold, underline. but the last two are not always options.  I don't see the problem and I don't consider it yelling. It certainly isn't when it comes to the pre-computer years and certainly not a rule of language arts.

    Funny you should say that ... here's one for you ... Well the withdrawals from Slots Jungle that were approved last week are now somewhere stuck in limbo ....    I spoke with Julia Lewis who said she would contact the Finance department yesterday regarding the issue with my withdrawals, she was to follow up with me this morning and has failed to do so.  I also sent emails to support and finance trying to get this issue resolved.  I also contacted live chat ( which was nothing but a big waste of my time) all they said was that they would email the finance department regarding my withdrawal wire transfers and I still have not heard a peep. My wire transfers sent on Oct 2nd and Oct 4th were sent to the wrong bank. They were sent to Wells Fargo (according to Slots Jungle) instead of Bancorp as I instructed in the withdrawal system via the cashier. I contacted Wells Fargo yesterday and they said that they would have been returned the same day they were received since the account they were sent to no longer exists in the system.  I can't get any response from the Finance Department ... I have emailed them with no response at all.  I was stressed out before but now I am to the point of pure anger. If the wires were returned, then they should have been sent back out immediately to the right place!  If for some reason they sent checks instead then that is ok also, but I would like to know WHEN I can expect to see this money. What aggravates me now is that I should have had the funds by now and because of their mistake to follow directions AND the total disregard to my emails, I have no idea where my funds are.  Not being able to contact the Finance department by telephone is pure BS as I am sure that they are in the same place as the entire operation.  There is no way to tell me that they don't have a working phone number.  Having to be dependent on an email response to solve a financial issue is pure BS and I am tired of the run around I am now experiencing!

    I wouldn't worry about them "hating" you, they should be worried about the poor handling of your withdrawal and all these ridiculous delays. There is simply no excuse and the fact you can't get direct answers to your questions are even more frustrating i am sure.

  • Sorry to hear about the delays, but it does not surprise me.  Too bad you cant take down the screenshots you posted during your run.  You gave tham a lot of free advertising, just to get the run around.  I first of all only play at very reputable casinos that have a hostory of paying quickly.  I would normally post my screenshots  after being paid.  I would not want other people considering depositing somewhere where there are significant delays or even worse getting 0!

  • well they emailed me today and said they received the transfer back and sent it back out to the correct account. They said I should receive it in 3 days or less ... what I was wondering though is if it is a true wire transfer or if they do it via ACH.  Seems that if it is a "true" wire they would have charged me to do it that way, right?

  • I am not sure about them charging you, but ACH's cost very little & and wires are a bit more expensive. The old "we sent it to you, are you sure you didnt get it?" is the biggest stall tactic for lots of casinos.  Lets hope you get it soon.  Whatever you do, dont go spin any money away.

    Well, if they sent it on Thursday morning as they say, I should have seen it in my account at least by this morning I would have thought.  I still have not received it. I guess I will have to wait until Mon or Tues to see if it really was done, since it is now Saturday and banks won't credit any transactions now until Monday evening.  Darnit!

    I hate that run around.  They make you feel stupid by calling the bank and checking, when in reality if the bank got it they would post it to your account right away.

    No I have not received a dime .... AND no one can tell me anything about where it is ... all they keep telling me is that I will receive my winnings, which does nothing to keep me from being upset!  At this point, I am really disgusted with this entire situation and am seriously thinking about reporting them to a higher authority unless I have my money by the end of the week.

    I did finally receive my wire from Casino Titan and notice another wire for rest of cashin has been sent. And, did finally receive check from InetBet and CW although took much longer than usual and did receive check from SilverOak within timeline advised, 21 days.

  • This is really entirely too long to wait and not given any straight answers doesn't help the situation either. If there is a delay then support should just say it and not build your hopes up or give you the run around or ignore your emails. I really hope this gets straightened quickly it has been more than enough time to do so and this waiting and hoping is getting old.

    Julia and I went over that information last week and everything was correct.  It is still not in the account and I am trying to find out if it was rejected by that bank and if not then where it is, as of today, no one has any information and I am really upset!  I have contacted finance via email and haven't received a response .... I talked to Anita today and she is also trying to find out what is going on .... she told me I should have had it by today and that she is sorry and has no idea what has happened.  In case of another reject, I sent them new bank information for a bank that I KNOW for a fact will not reject a transfer.  I just need this to be resolved asap.  This is 2 weeks now and nothing has been done and I am frustrated and upset.  It is now Thursday and finance does not work on Fri, Sat or Sun ... so as it is right now, I will have to wait until next week AGAIN to find out where the money is ... I am not a happy camper right now!  >:(

  • Hi All, Im new here and was sorry to read about trpchicks fiasco trying to get paid.  I hope the folks in Nevada get the US online gaming up and running soon. Will still be a mess till each state gets in gearr as well.  They will have to get on board sooner or later.  I have a feeling when they do these other casinos will have a rude awakening.  I for one will feel much better about playing.  I play at Jackpot Capital and Slotastic and had quite a rig-a-ma-roe getting paid.  The check bounced that was from Phoenix, Az, then the second check came from Canada and took almost a month to clear.  What gets me is how FAST they take our money to play laugh_out_loud, no problems there.  I am fed up playing at those two casinos for that reason and because for months now I cant win ANYTHING, not even something to play for awhile, they have become very very greedy.  I hope everything works out for you trpchick and I hope for all of us who play online the USA gets things resolved and give us a safer place to play.  Good Luck All and be safe.

  • Amen to that Booboo .... the US has no idea how much money is in this for them.  They are more concerned about what their "old" constituents might think .... they need to get out of the "dark ages" and realize that people are going to gamble online regardless.  This is a big money industry and by not legally allowing US citizens to participate legally, they are cutting off their noses despite their faces.

    nope not yet .... They told me they resent the wire yesterday morning ... I asked for a copy of the wire transfer instructions for confirmation and have not gotten it yet from finance.  I sent them all of the information so there is no way that they can say it came back for the third time.  Now this is an international bank wire, according to them AND I gave them a "swift code" to use, but Debra in finance said they didnt need one, which is strange.... I thought all international wires coming to a US bank requires a swift code.  I also dont understand why they said that the wire would probably take at least 5 "Business days" , if that is the case then I am looking at another weekend without the money.  At this rate I am not going to get it until Tues of next week.  I just dont understand how a wire can take that long, unless they do something to make it take that long.  All I know is that I am tired of waiting on it and am pretty much fed up.  I probably would have been better off asking for a darn check.  I can cash those at Walmart without a problem and the last one they sent only took about 4 days to receive.  Silly me, I thought a direct wire transfer would be quicker.  I guess I know better for the next time I withdrawal from anywhere.  I will keep you posted and let you know when I get it.  Thanks for all the support here in the forum! smiley
