    nope not yet .... They told me they resent the wire yesterday morning ... I asked for a copy of the wire transfer instructions for confirmation and have not gotten it yet from finance.  I sent them all of the information so there is no way that they can say it came back for the third time.  Now this is an international bank wire, according to them AND I gave them a "swift code" to use, but Debra in finance said they didnt need one, which is strange.... I thought all international wires coming to a US bank requires a swift code.  I also dont understand why they said that the wire would probably take at least 5 "Business days" , if that is the case then I am looking at another weekend without the money.  At this rate I am not going to get it until Tues of next week.  I just dont understand how a wire can take that long, unless they do something to make it take that long.  All I know is that I am tired of waiting on it and am pretty much fed up.  I probably would have been better off asking for a darn check.  I can cash those at Walmart without a problem and the last one they sent only took about 4 days to receive.  Silly me, I thought a direct wire transfer would be quicker.  I guess I know better for the next time I withdrawal from anywhere.  I will keep you posted and let you know when I get it.  Thanks for all the support here in the forum! smiley


    Taking forever.  I am not sure about swift codes, but routing # and account information should be enough.  The wire should not take 5 days.  A domestic wire is same day,  an international wire should be 1-2 days.  I am sure the 5 days has to do with them telling the processor and then the processor sending it.  With all the problems you have had they should have made sure the wire was actually initiated with the bank now! 

    Yes Iafter the first problem a check request may had got there sooner.

    Yes thanks Daniel, I received the money into my bank account yesterday.  So the wire only took 2 days.  So I am extremely happy.  The next time I withdrawal there wont be such a hassle as I have the bank account that receives transfers right away. Thanks again.  I will endorse this casino as the problems were resolved.  They will continue to receive my business and I am happy now!  Thanks again

    No I have not received a dime .... AND no one can tell me anything about where it is ... all they keep telling me is that I will receive my winnings, which does nothing to keep me from being upset!  At this point, I am really disgusted with this entire situation and am seriously thinking about reporting them to a higher authority unless I have my money by the end of the week.


    Trps I am glad you got your money, but I am surprised that you have gone to the extent of saying that you will continue on like nothing happened.  You had a lot of support from a lot of members in here, and it is a little dishearting to have you acting like nothing happened and posting screenshots again.  I  am not suggesting that you hold a grudge , but would expect you to approach with caution.  Your screenshots and comments help to promote the casino, which could put another member in harms way if the casino is a problem.  If it was me and I continued to play at the casino, I would personally not post screenshots or create any type of PR until I know things are cool, which would basically be when my next cashout goes smoothly.

    I still find that this was way too long of a cashout regardless of what problems are taking place.  Your immediate forgivness and promoting is one of the reasons why a group such as this continues on with low withdrawal amounts and lengthy cashouts. (im not saying just you) They have no need to change things because lots of  people settle for something other than how its suppose to go.  But on the other hand if you make one mistake, play wrong game, accept a free chip on top of a balance you already had, etc.... you as the player are penalized with no exceptions.  Seems kind of like a one way street to me.

  • I do want to say that the reason for the long delay was not that the wire wasn't sent, but that for some reason it was bouncing back.

    The wire was sent on time, bounced and resent the same day to a another account and then bounced and successfully resent, again on the same day, to the 3rd account.

    Why are players not allowed contact with the Finance Department.
    Access should be available to ALL departments IE: Promotions, Accounts, Management etc.
    These online Casinos seem to be the ONLY business in the entire world where the Branches within their business are hidden from consumers.
    Even land Casinos personel are accessable, including Management and often times the owner.
    If you are having a financial problem you should be corresponding with whomever handles the Financial aspect of the business, not someone hired for support to give you generic answers and deny bonus codes (lol C'mon thats really all they do)
    But until players begin to unite, and truely take a stand against Casino Standards by hitting them where it hurts,  then they will continue to be as underhanded and scandalous as we allow them to be.

    Amen to that!  I have just been bonus banned from Slots Jungle for another huge win!  Oh well ... thats the way it goes I guess!
