    TAADAA, at 9 pm my time last night it was in bold print so I assumed it was working.  This morning I looked and it was unavailable again.

    I've talked to chat for days now.  Here is how it works:

    Credit card funding is available starting at 6 pm central time, 7 pm eastern time, etc.  There is a short window to get in there and get your credit card funding done. 

    They told me it last Saturday it would be up at 6 central.  I came back at 11 pm and it was unavailable again.  Chat said it would be back up and running at 6 pm central time on Sunday.  So I went back at 6 on the dot and boom it was up and running.  Now I have to wait until 6 central to transfer.

    Hope this helps...I have verified this information numerous times with them.  Good luck. smiley

    Thanks Cindy, this is why at 9 pm i saw it in bold print but this morning it was unavailable. I thought maybe i was losing it, lol.
