    I was just on with them and they DO NOT HAVE CHAT 24 HRS, spoke to Elle also and i quote "LIVE CHAT is an added Bonus" SHE SAID we are not on all the time!!!!  I said, I know just 30 minutes ago I went to chat and it said SEND SURVEY she said it is supposed to say that, it goes to our e-mail THAT IS 24 hours. CHAT IS NOT, (SO DON'T MISLEAD PEOPLE) I asked if they were on a BREAK and why some players log on and get CHAT and like me log on and got survey 2 times, and chat once.  They are working out the kinks, not a good way to start off. BUT EVEN AFTER THE KINKS ELLE STATED CHAT WILL NOT, NOT NOT BE 24 HRS!!!!

    I have also asked LIPS to remove this it is in the wrong place. What you stated is not correct and is misleading the members here.

    how the heck can u say MISLEADING?...someone told u they talked to a live chat person and u all but called them a LIAR saying they don't have LIVE CHATand that she must work for them,and CLEARLY they do...so they are not online 24/7,neither are alot of other RTG casino,like mighty slots and all thier sister sites...many times i have tried to contact them and no one online...so what i said in my post is NOT MISLEADING...it IS A FACT!!!!!!
