        Hi guys, just wanted to share this bad experience.

        I just recently played at 2 playtech casino (europa and casino tropez)
        i am wondering why they are so different from other playtech casinos, they used to be good.
        this is what happened:

        you can only check your wagering req through live chat and the live chat CANT give you directly how much you have to wager. they will forward to the department and you will get your information about your wagering requirement 2 to 3 hours through mail.

        that's all i want to share, if any of their rep sees this, hope they can change cos it's totally bad for players.

        That's not good at all.  Wagering needs to be "real time" so you know where you are.

        That is really strange and they are both owned by two different companies. Were they both for the same promo and there could be a possible glitch?

        i have no idea..it makes me thinking that they can do something about payout percentage, maybe?
        this is my story:
        at first the pay out percentage is good..
        from 100 i can easily go up to 300++ within an hour of betting of 40-60 cents.play a bit more and stop.
        requested wagering req  and left with 1000 with still 200++ in my account
        i thought should be fine it's just 5x my balance...normally i can get through..
        well...
        in the end no matter i bet 20cents or 1dollar...no win at all..
        sighh...
        hopefully they can change this...
        they used to be a good casino with many choices of games and also could check wagering req directly...

        There are quite a number of Playtech casinos that do not have an integrated real time wager tracking system. It's a real nuisance but I get my way around it by manually keeping track of my comp points. When I have exceeded the required points needed by at least 10 points extra, I will then try withdrawing the winnings. Most of the time it would be successful. If not, collecting a few more extra points usually fixes it.

        I used to request live support to assist in my wagering status but it was always time wasting, at times by even 2 days, and so I finally dropped it. My manual tracking hasn't missed a beat so far!

        yes, this is what I have always done, never rely on the Livechat to be available when I want them - especially at Playtechs!! Sometimes I will ask for confirmation when I am pretty sure I have met wagering, but usually I just work it out myself (I do this everywhere that doesn't have a counter in the cashier)

        asked live chat to get my wagering req.
        waited 3 hours, got the email...300 to go with 70 left in my account..
        no single freaking bonus or big win till my balance hit 0...
        sighhh....such a good casino has become such a effing lousy casino..

        That is typical of all gaming software, Anfransen. Approaching the end of a wagering session is usually the toughest...a make or break situation. So knowing when to bet small and when to bet big becomes crucial in order to cross the finish line safely, with enough cash in hand for a withdrawal. There are many times when I crossed this line with too little cash in hand and finally ending up with nothing.

        Casinos like Tropez, Vernons, CasinoPlex, Europlay, etc, have 30x - 35x WR, which are on the high side. Club777 has 40x! So I usually play at these casinos without bonuses. If you are one who frequently play with bonuses, then I strongly suggest playing at Joyland, EuroGrand, 7Regal, EuroMaxPlay and PlazaWin. They offer only 10x -15x WR.

        If you want a casino with realtime wager tracking, then I suggest you play at 7Regal, CasinoPlex, Club Gold, EuroGrand, EuroPlay, EuroMaxPlay, Joyland, Prestige & Vernons.

        Nonetheless, winning is a different matter altogether! It's knowing your game well + betting skill + luck...the key to regular wins, if I may say so.

        Wish4Wins unfortunally clubgold changed there payment menu few months ago u cant check wagering anymore, but alteast live chat can help u rather fast.

        But a little tip when wanna check wagering make a note of your comp points and if 10$=1 comp its not that hard to keep track a little more work but its better than waiting hours for email.

        Ah yes, that's true kazzi. Club Gold still has that bonus column but the tracking is no longer active. Wonder why?! Nowadays, I usually play there without bonuses, so I no longer need to keep track of my wagering, except when I am playing with their regular free chips!
