        hi all,

        this morning i logged in to check my emails like i always do and seen one from klaver casino which i am a member.
        When i looked at this email however i quickly realised that it was not meant for me having someone elses username and real name on it!!
        I am now very worried that someone else is receiving my emails from Klaver and what other details could they be getting??
        I consider this a very big breech of a casino's security we count on them to keep our details secure and not to send them on to other ppl  >:(
        I have sent a message to support straight away and i am waiting for them to get back to me with an explanation but there is one very unhappy and worried customer sat here right now

        once with me happened the same but from casino rewards group, they sent to me email, where was another name and surname and said that this user still has 100$ in her acct, i was wondering about it,but i simple deleted it..coz there was not info about DOB or adress..

          no password thankfully but it is worrying what if they requested a password change and it went to someone elses mail.  they still havent replied to me either on the matter which i think is terrible.

            Thank goodness for that re the passowrd.  Sorry to hear you've not had a reply. Did you try their online support form - it says 2 hour response time.  Visit their website and click on "support" and you can see the form there.

              You would think they would be very concerned about such an error.  Thank goodness there was no password in the message is all I can say.  Time to close your account there?
