Can someone help me get the record of the page before a certain date? I have a problem with a casino I played and they said that I broke the terms but from what I remember that was changed after I played. How can I get the old record of the page to check? Appreciated!

The "Wayback Machine" that Jonny Karp suggested is the one I have always used, it is really great especially on busy sites like casinos, you should find they have copies of every revision to the terms and conditions going back years for a site like Ladbrokes.

I had bad experiance with Ladbrokers aswell. Used to play holdem there (mostly freerols) and once I got some cash, they wanted shitload of documentation, including confirmation that I own place that my address is stated as(?!). And as a student, that was impossible. Thats how ~70e gone to waste.

The site Said first that I broke one rule and then I explained many times and they agreed that that was fine but then they said I broke a new rule.

to be perfectly honest ladbrokes site has gone way down in my estimation this last few months since the change over.

I only deposited once since they changed over and that was enough for me , the withdrawals are now terrible, live help are great at offering you everything under the sun but once you have a problem they are hopeless,

I have seen others with the similar experiences from here lately with bad customer service so be wary

I wouldn't suggest you to play on ladbrokers, since they asked for me for a bunch of paperwork for a ~30$ withdrawl.

On the other hand, since I dont know where to ask for it, could LCB admins change something..? Since players from Serbia are able to play inthere, and site says that Ladbrokers doesn't support players from Serbia. Would like to give them 1 star, just that

This is for me the first time I see that people have problems with ladbrokes ...
I think they are a biggie out here ... and doing very well ...
But ... they should not cause problems ofcourse ...
