Well the code never worked, Kong

Really weird, I was there 0:01 on the dot but I couldn't get the spins. It's either for depositors (it's been a while since) or they just went super quick.

Nope this will be a problem on there part, it is the correct code, unless you can think of anything else, but it is extremely obvious that it is "kong". This is a fault on ladbrokes part.

It is GMT +1 for some reason.. i just spoke with support. That is really annoying as it specifically says GMT 00.01 on the promo page

I know, major disappointment I was waiting around for ages to activate the spins never mind though, if I find out about any more free spins on Ladbrokes I'l put them straight on here.

I won $5 on the Kong free spins yesterday, mostly from one good hit, then moved on to Fortune Hill (which has become a recent favourite) and got up to around $6 before losing it all.

3 times contacting the support team,they say i should cntact them again after 10 minutes on the first ,second time is also the same  i contact them after another 10 minutes on the third times and they say 1000 people already claim the bonus....so in the end i never get the kong free spin..

That's exactly what happened to me  with the Sherlock spins they had going for the first 1000 people, the customer support has become pretty bad since it changed.
