        Hi has anyone else had trouble with Ladbrokes customer support recently? I am quite shocked as its the place i use 90% of the time and i probably know more about it than I do any other casino. Basically, I was asking if it was possible to withdraw my winnings from an actual shop so i don't have to wait 2 days for them to be processed into my bank. The person i was talking to just didn't understand, and was almost just talking gibberish in response. And after a while they started being rude because I was just rewording the same question, then i didn't receive a reply for (literally) 40 minutes and it was just a link to something completely irrelevant.

        i have commented about ladbrokes going down hill in a few posts lately,  i have had the same trouble when on live help lately it used to be a lot better and they were always helpful but not anymore im afraid

        I found it been ever since they updated and have that instant chat where it connects you straight away to someone without asking what department etc you want to speak to. it's a shame really because i wrote a very positive review on here for them

        I haven't been payed my promotional cash back today, And I can't even get through to the support for games, it is offline!.. they haven't got many chances left with me..
