        hi all,

has anyone noticed ladbrokes slower withdrawals lately?

i made a withdrawal yesterday and usually i would receive it into my skrill just over 6 hours later but not this time,  i went onto live help and they are saying i'll get it in 24 hours however 24 hours later i still havent received it.
I asked if this is standard now with withdrawals and are they always going to take this long and couldnt really get a straight answer,
If it is i will be playing elsewhere

oh and when i went to live help i was amazed at the security check they gave me

they asked for security question, name adress telephone number, email address how much my withdrawal was for when i made it,

i was tempted to ask them if they would like my blood type as well

I have had some Skrill withdrawals take three days recently at ladbrokes so yes they are definitely getting slower

I've seen posts saying that the delay is due to backlogs of world cup withdrawals.  It could be that xbornluckyx.

I'm surprised they have much of a backlog of withdrawals with the match results this world cup keeps churning out - they must be raking in a packet from all these wild results!!

I made a withdrawal last sunday and the money was in my bank account the tuesday morning which i dont think is bad at all compared to some casinos. I rarely play there anymore since they dumped microgaming for playtech but noticed today they have WMS slots now so things could be on the up.

They have changed the cahier and maybe that is the problem now. They said that this will make payments faster but it seems that it is the exacte oposite.
Tateyhead maybe this delays are on ewallet and the bank remains the same.

        Good point.

I read that players can withdraw cash from their online account from the local Ladbrokes betting shop.  I had no idea.

I have been with them for around 6 months now, I always deposit in the shop (as its just round the corner from my house) then withdraw (if im lucky) to my card from my account. I've never had any trouble withdrawing its always standard 2, 2-3 days

Dominic, I heard Ladbrokes impose a bunch of restrictions if you use ewallets such as Skrill or Neteller to fund your account then want to go into a ladbrokes store and make a withdrawal in this way, do you have any experience of this ? Its stopped me from trying the service so far...

I've never used neteller or skrill to do so before, try asking customer support see what they say, i haven't been too impressed with them lately so im not sure if they will give you anything useful, i know that when i used to use paypal to deposit, then a day or two later go and deposit in the actual shop, I was for some reason not aloud due to some sort of restriction
