        I kinda have the feeling that any casino which the live support is not there for you 24/7 is a scummy one, What do you think ?

        Yes, I think it is necessary for a casino to offer the live support 24/7 though I think sometimes it doesn't really matter whether they have it or not. I know casinos who were good and trustful without it. But actually I think that the worst thing is when they do have it, but no one responds. That's irritating.

        It does not show what kind of casino it is :D The scam ones have live support usually too... But all in all, the live support is a must nowdays in online gambling, and most of the casino's have it Only the difference is, as Markotik said, how fast somebody answers

        I have found 24/7 live support to be a blessing and a curse at the same time.

        Some casinos have reps who are knowledgeable, can walk and talk, and chew gum at the same time.  They also have some power to make decisions and can make some pretty educated guesses at issues.  These are the casinos that I love to play at because you know a problem will be fixed before you leave the live chat.

        Then we have the live chats that where I feel like the reps are given canned answers to give.  They really have no power except where they look at your screen and go yep you have an account here.  Otherwise they have to wait for the mysterious powers to be behind the curtain to grant you your wishes before they say yes or not.  Yet that's also assuming your playing when the powers to be are around, otherwise you could almost wait a day for your issue or request to be resolved.

        Now I also understand most live support reps don't have exclusive power to everything, most can at least grant bonuses, resolve minor in game issues, some can process cash outs to a limited number of wallets, and even from time to time within preset limits can grant freebies.  There are times I understand that no matter what management has to get involved which for most casinos is only during business hours, excluding weekends.

        Yet if I come into chat and need a simple bonus issue fixed that can be done in there end.  I would like it fixed.  That or be able to answer why a deposit hasn't shown up yet.

        So like I've said, I've found live support to be either a curse or a blessing.  Varying on what powers said live chat has.

        Very very good post you made then, i couldn't agree with what you said more, i couldn't have worded it any better myself either.

        I am currently dealing with grosvenor casino live chat and phone support, they are useless, they have no powers to do anything, it is really frustrating, but it angers me that big named companies and very big companies have such bad systems and bad live chat, another is skyvegas, and there is many others too, william hill, i could name and shame soo many, but i made a thread about that, maybe you should all check it out it is in the casino forum section called name and shame thread
