Lock Casino is not a good site

Weeks ago i was playing on lock casino and won a 3,000 random jackpot.After filling out all the info needed to withdraw it and sending it back to them,i still have not heard a word from them.After waiting and waiting i heard elsewhere that they don't pay so i just played it all and have nothing left.Still never heard about my Documents being approved.The Accredited casinos are just as bad as all the others.So i guess i will stay away from this one now.

I heard they were having delays in payment on other sites as well. I hope they get this straightened out. Lock is a reputable casino, well it used to be at least. Maybe processor problems, or maybe lack of funds..Who knows.

Sorry to hear that. I hit a big amount and they paid me right away.
It's always good to set up documents and have them approved THEN deposit so it doesnt bite u in the bum

I see you didn't mention if you deposited or used a free chip. Alot of RTGs not only have max cashouts but also count random jps as non-payable with freebies.
Not to mention restricted games lists

Even if it was on a free chip or a max cashout bonus it still doesn't give them a reason to not respond to emails etc etc.

Rogue behavior in my opinion.

Like allgood said, I hope it's just a glitch. I have heard so many good things about this casino. I don't play there personally.

I just hope it's not another oh so common nowadays Bait N' Switch.

From what I been reading online they are not paying people within the promised time frame or they are not paying at all!

And as Mommy said, it makes no difference whether it was a free chip or not an accredited casino should not behave that way! As far as I am concerned they are  bordering on ROGUENESS!!!
