    So today I made a deposit at Slot Madness and received a no restriction bonus with my deposit.  Once ready to play I notice that 2 games , Enchanted Beauty and Watchdog are locked and I can't play them.  I ask live support and they tell me that I have to play 1x playthru before they will unlock those games.  I had never heard that before nor have I ever had progressive games locked.

    is this new? (live chat said it has always been this way)

    I've never heard of it but then I don't take bonuses...well very rarely anyway.

    Surely though, with a "no restriction bonus" there should be no restrictions?

    Almost all bonuses restrict Progressive games. Most likely it is in the General Terms somewhere i would think. Just like some casinos don't allow a withdrawal until the deposit has been played 1x and this may be where the rule is coming from.

    There is always a restriction on "no restriction bonuses" and in reality they need to use a better term because no matter how small the restriction may be as in 1x in this case the bottom line is it's still a restriction!
