LocoPanda Needs Downgraded

        So most of the reviews online are posted by employees.  That said, I switched over to LocoPanda after really hating Bovada.  At the time Locopanda was good but have gone the way of Bovado in recent months in very poor wins.  Payouts low if at all, and you watch the screen skip if you are winning to the next layout of losing spins, you can actually see the transformation.  At one point, was on a winning streak with Locopanda, so good they actually stopped me from redeeming comps.  A copy of their email here.  No response to my emails, so if you are winning they dont like it.  I only one one jackpot of like $1600.00 plus a few $300.  Im not stupid, requested payout and made new deposits after the withdrawals.  My deposits are about equal to my wins to date of 1 year.  Here is a copy of their email after i won a minor jackpot.  They have not responded to any email requests as to why they done this or to have it rescinded.

        Due to a management decision your account has been Excluded from Redeeming
        Coupons.

        The decision can be reviewed at a later date. A benefit now, is that your
        deposits are no longer tied to any excludsion or restrictions of games or
        being tied to a playthrough; any gains that you make you can immediately
        submit a request to withdraw instread of having to play in to meet
        requirements of bonuses.

          Welcome to the forum.

          Bonuses are usually stopped when a player keeps using bonuses on every deposit and/or wins when depositing with bonuses.  This seems to be a growing "normal" practice for casinos.

          True, only problem with that is i used my comps like twice.  I never use the coupon bonuses cause the playthrough amounts are ridiculous, by the time you playthrough there is nothing left.  I found that i have better luck betting on my own money without their bonuses lol.  Currently, I have almost 2k in comps since they stopped letting me use them.

            I never use a bonus and I agree, it is better just to play with your own money - no restrictions.
