        So I turned the $20 bday chip into a small chunk of change ($100).  Anyone know what the terms are for this chip (I made playthrough but what is the max cash out) and also if I've never deposited which the email said nothing about but I've used free chips before can I even cash out?

        My withdrawal submitted is through quicktender and I'm sure I need to send in docs I just don't want to go through everything just to be told I didn't qualify.

        First off happy belated b'day!!!! Nice that you won!!! You ask a very good question. You may have gotten this question cleared up by now and i'm sorry i didn't see the post til now.

        Before you go through the headache of sending in all your docs i would send an email to promotions@luck3.com. Find out if you are indeed eligible for this chip even though you have never deposited there.

        Well I've sent 3 emails to cashier@luck3 and no response and live chat is still offline..my cashout has been pending 4 days and no contact.  Hopefully the rep on this board I emailed this morning (tues) will reply tomorrow.  If still no response I'll email promotions.  I sent in my docs since i have them scanned (being proactive

        Ok day 5 and no contact from the casino at all.  I followed your advice lips and sent an email to promotions.  5 days, 4 emails, 1 offline live support message to them and 1 forum message PM later (no partridge in a pair tree yet ) with no info or response is extremely odd though I think

        Ok honestly in my opinion this is ridiculous.  Since Saturday Live Chat has been offline and I haven't gotten any response.  Anyone have an suggestions or ideas of what is going on with Luck3?  I sent a PM to the rep here a couple days ago and no reply either.

        I sent Natalie one on Monday, but today I received an email from Luck3.  It sounded as if my withdrawal would be processed 1-3 days after the minimum deposit, id, luck3 login and email were sent.  I just think something must be going on such with Luck3 for live chat to be down and responses take so long from them.

        Oh well the bottom line is that it seems as even for non depositors you can use the free bday chip but in order to cash out make a small deposit and verify docs which is good news.

        Once the withdrawal is processed I'll update my post with the outcome.
