        Me: and the 20 spins that were waiting vanished in thin air?

        Steve: We do apologised for that email

        Me: ok thnks steve, i think..............

        What do you think, misleading advertising or not???

          Seems that casinos tend to send such offers to all registered members, regardless wheather they are eligible or not. Doubt their intention was to mislead you however, somehow I cant imagine anyone coming for free spins and taking 100% deposit bonus instead

          Alot of casino promo mail i can see from the subject what its about, deposit promo, free spins promo, new customers only e-mail etc etc.
          And Yes, don't send personalized email out as bulk to all youre customers!!

          And alot of spam you get for weeks and after that they change the layout and bend the text and go at it for weeks again and again.

          I think that if casinos in general should pay more attention to this part of their business..........

          Top senders of spam or bulk for me are

          1. Topgame, i am getting maybe a 100 of these emails a DAY:

          2. Casino Rewards/ Reward riches:  I get alot of emails "for new players only" and "youre account has been credited", "act fast, notice of winnings" and also i get alot of "final message" well believe me, NOT Final

          Yes, it happens quite often.... I get tons of spam,as well, and I even stopped checking from both casino and bingo sites. Even emails that end up in my inbox aren't worth checking.

          misleading indeed. this is what happens when they just send out emails in bulk and possibly in random. though i haven't played here, if i get this email and don't get the 20 free spins, it's goodbye.
