        I can open it on my computer, but it runs really, really slow and it always has. It takes a long time to open the lobby once I have signed in, and a long time to open any other page in the software (cashier etc). Other casinos are running fine on the same computer, so I think it's just their servers or something.

        I can't play there either. I'm keep getting the error that casino shell has stopped working. So I contacted the support, first they said it's a problem on my end, but after telling them that I've tried everything (turning off firewall, anti-virus software) now I've received the answer that they have contacted their service provider. Let's see what happens.

        I've missed some great promotions because of this

        I had windows 8.1 and this happened to me last night.
        Now I tried from a windows 7 pc and it is working

                    That's weird  Izi90, I use Windows 7 on my desktop and really have never had a problem with that particular site.  Could very well be the OS  like Play3r211 suggests.

        Yeah, I just fixed a major problem i've had with the RTG software running properly on my lappy. I ended up having to do a factory restore, and reinstall of everytihng.....

        However.... VOILA! It worked no more problems!

        I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS, I REALLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM, I TRIED PROGRAM COMPATIBILITY TROUBLESHOOTER AD WAS ABLE TO FIX  GOLDEN CHERRY CASH'O LOT AND OTHER TWO BUT NOT SLOT MADNESS OR BEGADO OR LUCKY CLUB, OH NOT SCREAMING HERE, SORRY

        I heard windows 8 was a joke so far, with many many fixes necessary...... i'm still running
        windows 7.... and it runs just fine....

        i've heard windows 8 needs lots and lots of fixing still... typical windows crap.... release an inferior product, then fix it over the year following release... ugh... i think i'll stick with windows 7 still for a while... it's just starting to work rather well... lol

                      I don't know why it didn't dawn on me before but now that I think about it--I always have trouble downloading an RTG or NuWorks site on my laptop which is about a year old  (It has Windows .  My desktop which is slightly older but runs Windows 7 ---never have a problem.    Now,  I can run the Instant Play version of RTG no problem but I get these weird error messages when the installs are almost finished  (on the laptop).  Think I'm just going to stick with the desktop PC.

        Well i can say with a fair amount of surety that if you run the factory restore disc for your laptop to reinstall it to fresh new installation, that it will cure all the RTG and NuWorks troubles.

        My problem with those casino softwares were instantly cured when i did it, and apparently were caused by all the crap I installed over the last year or so since i restored my laptop last.
