- i have played at your casino since it opened closed my acccount when i was told cuz i used bonuses i could no longer recieve free spins or chips that included wizbet so apparently although i was an avid depositor i did not matter and was told so till i had made depsoits without bonuses i have never once been contacted when wrote suppport about this problem and sad thingis lucky creek was my favorite to play at . they have had no contact with me since course i did send in a complaint about your casino hosts at the same time. i feel i should have mattered more because idd deposit then the onew who didnt not only that at the other casinos the bonuses are there way of saying thank you i have not recieved a free chip i did not pay for first. thank you for your time spazz03

- i am sorry i posted in the wrong spot i was trying to reach the casino rep to complain not talk about the casino. i have been very ill and as you can see misspelled my words and my sentences sometimes ran together. today is a good day so far. i dont see where trying to reach casino support belongs in casinos when i want to reach the rep. maybe i am wrongl one thing is for sure been here awhile now and have posted before i always try to fix my mistakes but lately when i post i am told i am wrong. i like this place but right now i am not going to try to outhing myself to involve myself in a conversation or to talk about a problem i am having. ya have your favorites i guess cuz some of the other people were talking to the rep to. i was trying to reach the rep. this is embarrassing to me i have had some extreme health issues and have come close to death many times, thats hard enough besides worrying if i put it in the right spot. anyway will you close my account not out of spite but out of the fact that i am not going to try to always do things the right way to me if you are trying to reach a rep you go to direct casino support sorry wont happen again. thanks though i have enjoyed alot of the people when i first started but right now its to embarrassing to even try to respond to what is going on in your forums. thank you and good luck spazz03

Please don't be embarrassed. I'm guessing you created a thread in the Direct Casino Support section. Only new reps should create new threads in there. You weren't the first and I have no doubt you won't be the last person to do it.
Unfortunately, the rep has not yet created a thread in that section. Just contact the rep via pm - you can click here to contact her direct or click the link in Zuga's message.
I hope you manage to sort out the problem with the casino. Glad you're having a better day today.
- hi guys i am back no i am not okay i pass out about 5 to 20 times a day it is so hard and they dont know whats wrong i almost died 3 times and i just keep going . i get emotional cuz i am scared but i am sure all will be fine i missed you guys.
