        Hey Gang,

        Something is just not right with this. I see on their web page they have a coupon code PROPOWER for 60%. I went to claim this bonus (I think this is the second bonus from this site I have ever tried to claim). I type in the code and get "Coupon can not be redemed at this time, Please contact support. So I did. Here is how it went....

        Now Mind you, this was one of my favorite places to play. I have won alot and have deposited some back, but to get this treatment, sorry, I will not accept it.

        I saw this promo too and this is my favorite casino. Something does not seem right as there doesn't seem to be any restrictions on the promo in regards to "status".

        I know i get deposit bonuses in my email that is are more exclusive, but this was on their web page.

        I do know that these live chat operators don't always know whats really going on. I would log back in and ask to speak to a manager and explain this was NOT someones personal email code but rather on their web page.

        We do have a rep here at the forum too....but for immediate answers i would go back to live chat.

        It seems like the clubworld group is using their reputable name as leverage against their loyal players.  Maybe its due to the fact, that they are aware of how much players value an online casino that they can trust.  I know, in the end, thats what counts most for me.  Lucky Red casino has been extremely tight on the reels for me, and dont even ask for a nd chip for depositing players.  But you know what.....................You can be sure that Ill be depositing with them again.  I know that if I win,  there will be no hassles and hoops to jump through.  That, in itself, feels good.  Not having to worry about if and how long it will take to pay me out on that huge jackpot in my near future is reassuring.  Focus on what we want........not what we dont want.
