I was thinking about making my first deposit at Lucky Red Casino today but thought I would ask if anyone has had an experience with this casino? Any advise would be appreciated. I always play at Inetbet Casino and getting tired of depositing there, I just have no luck what so ever. I need somewhere else to try and there are so many. Thanks for listening....mrgmomma67

Lucky Red is a new RTG casino, and very reputable in my opinion. They have good customer service, and extremly fast payouts. Both of which we look for in a online casino. I have deposited there twice. (The forum has lots if entries about Lucky Red and lightening fast payouts.)
Good Luck.....PMM2008
Another good new RTG casino is casino Titan.....Also excellent customer service, and fast payouts. There I have been paid out from and I was paid in less than 2 hours to my ewallet account. -

Lucky Red is really my favorite casino, although I don't think they are part of Virtual. They don't offer no deposit, no playthrough bonuses and they will give you free chips, but there is always a pretty large playthrough. But they are very fast in payout. And their customer service is very pleasant. I recommend them.

Cant get the docs solved wtf.. Sent all the required things but still "not good" -.-
Hi Tenho,
I am sorry to hear that. Seems like players do have issues with docs when they initially send them in. Not really sure why they make it so tough. I know went i sent my in i did not have a prob, but this was over a year ago.
Please keep us posted and let us know when the docs go through.

I just did my 1st cashout with the Club World group. It was Manhattan Slots, on a free birthday chip. I knew I was going to cashout, so I got the Faxback form & sent it ahead of time, along with my license & electric bill from October. Never heard back from them, and they cashed me out the next am. I was happy with that.

I'm not saying that what you're saying isn't valid, but I don't understand why some people have such problems proving identity, which is all the casino's looking for. I was in the mortgage biz for many years & we had to prove identity all the time, so this is nothing new for me.
- Do you check your scans to make sure you can read them before you send them off? My scanner makes HUGE scans, so I have to reduce them to about 25% to make them legible, using MS Photo Editor.
- Do your names & addresses all match on all your documentation? If not, that's a big prob & will present itself in the real world at some point, too.
- Most of them want a utility bill in the fairly recent past. If you don't have a utility bill, substitute a bank stmt, credit card stmt, insurance bill, etc. You can black out numbers info. -

"Dear Jami,
Thank you for the email. The reason there was so many questions, is because you are very young and for this reason management will take the decision. As they are out of office until Monday we are unable to do anything at the moment. We send email to them and as soon we will get response, we will let you know."
Hmm im 20 how does this has anything to do with playing.. TC says 18+ are allowed to play -.- -

Read their Terms and Conditions, WRONG...Just because you are 18,20 or 21 does not mean you are allowed to play in their Casino. I am not going to say, what I know the casino suspects from the player, and their valid reason for asking this question, at this time due to the fact that their mgmt as stated above will not be answering this e-mail until Monday. They will probably ask for paystubs next, they have done this before, or proof of a FULLTIME job. If you read their T&C's you will clearly understand why the casino is asking this PROOF and why due to the age of the PLAYER. -

But, the good and bad thing is that if they deny your withdrawal, they will lock all of your accts at Club World group of casinos, but they will issue you a refund from all of your deposits. Best thing to do is provide proof of income before Monday to support before they make their ruling. -

tenho7, I do not expect you to answer that question online due to obvious personal and confidentiality reasons. I just want you to THINK about it. Irregardless of your AGE, but especially, due to your AGE. Your ONLY option is to provide PROOF of FULLTIME employment. Obviously in this recession ALOT of people of ALL AGES have gone back to College. The casino's are NOT stupid they will and do track your ip addresses and see if you are playing on public universities, campuses etc. Regardless of your AGE. -

Well then let me add this by a request to another player to provide proof of employment. As you all know Club World Group also runs Lucky Red, Aladdins,Manhattan's,Club World USA, Club World, All Star Slots.
Club World USA -- Proof of Full Time Employment?
Hello everyone! Just wanted to see if my experience with the CWC verification process is typical and how much concern I should have . I understand the group is accredited and am not too worried about getting paid.
I made a QT deposit to CWC, took a 75% match bonus, and made playthrough and ended with $300 ($270 due to the sticky nature of the bonus). So, I sent the documentation in. This morning, I got the following request from the cashier:
Quote From Club World Group:
Thank you for the email. We received all documents, to approve them we
also need proof of full time employment.
What a peculiar request. I'm a bit unnerved by the fact that I can't find any mention of it in any of the verification pages on the website or the form itself. Furthermore, I can't even comply with the request since I do not have a full-time job. I have responded to the e-mail with these concerns and expect a decent reply tomorrow morning that will clear this all up and get me my withdrawal.
Did anyone else have to provide this information? Thanks! -

Casino's response and I must say I AGREE!!!! Originally Posted by clubworld View Post

It is irresponsible for us to encourage people to gamble when they are still dependant on their parents and attending school full time.

So since I was going to wait until Monday, I am surprised that no one here seems to have heard of this. Especially since this has been posted several times all over the net. The casino's T & C's are VERY CLEAR. If they suspect you are an 18, 20, 21 etc young player. If they also suspect by tracking your IP address which they do before they cash you out. If they see that you are playing from an IP in a UNIVERSITY, School, Fraternity,Sorority etc. YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!!! So even though you can play if you are 18 you had better to play with your money from your parents or they state or government. It is CLEARLY stated IF YOU ARE A STUDENT, you will be banned. So if you are 20 and cannot show PROOF of employment, what do you expect the casino to do? -

Further explanations from the Casino:
clubworld clubworld is offline
Accredited Casino Representative
PLAYER told us he was a student and supplied his student ID as proof. When he found out that students are not permitted to play he changed his mind and said that he wasn’t a student. We asked him to supply something that would demonstrate this and he was unable to.
Students are not permitted to play. It clearly states this in the first item in the player representations in the terms and conditions he agreed to when he created his account.
Ksech:
The age at which people are allowed to gamble varies from country to country and we cannot take the responsibility for determining this. Instead we require that the minimum age is 18 (which is the legal age here in the UK) and require the player to ensure they have reached the legal age of maturity in his/her jurisdiction.
We only deny winnings in cases where there is a clear breach of our terms of use. Our responsible gaming policy may lead to items being included in our terms of use but would never in itself lead to winnings being denied.
We make no stipulations in our terms for account holders on low income or disability benefits.
We are concerned about anyone who is gambling beyond their means and in the rare cases where this does happen it tends to be with people who have relatively good incomes. We cannot audit our player’s personal finances and so we look for other signs that there could be a problem.
Amongst others these things include rapidly increasing deposit sizes in the same sessions, spending an obsessively long time online, becoming abusive with customer services etc.
In these cases we take an individual approach. It is a delicate subject but we have to ensure that the player is aware of the options that are available to them in terms of reducing their betting and depositing limits, a cooling off period or total self-exclusion.
Kind Regards
Tom
EDIT: We don’t just review accounts at the point of withdrawal - these are just the cases that get the exposure as there are winnings involved. Cases where we have refunded player deposits on accounts with a zero balance get far less attention.

The following response was from CM (another forum). I AM WITH THE CASINO on this one wholeheartedly, especially now, during the HOLIDAYS, ALL STUDENTS come home to visit and play. If you cannot provide the PROOF you will not be paid, even if it is $5,000 or $5.
You should have asked this BEFORE he deposited $5000. There are reports on THIS forum from players asking why CW are asking them for documents BEFORE their first withdrawal, and even after their first DEPOSIT. YET this student had none of this, he was able to get through $5000 of deposits without ANY questions being asked. Only when he WON were the questions asked, and by this time it was TOO LATE. You have ended up CONFISCATING some $7000 from someone who "cannot afford the money to play". CW took his bets, they were happy when THEY were up $5000, and asked no questions as to how this young player got hold of the $5000.
I don't see why it is "impossible" to ask every 18-21 year old for "up front verification" when at the same time there are reports on this forum that some OLDER players are being REQUIRED to provide this very same "up front verification" before they can play. -

It is CLEARLY stated IF YOU ARE A STUDENT, you will be banned, winnings confiscated and accts locked. So if you are 20 and cannot show PROOF of employment, what do you expect the casino to do?

sorry guys for putting in my 2 cents but i tend to agree about NOT giving an online casino proof of my income. If any casino asks for that the answer is NO.that is bs(my opinion).but alas we must all decide for ourselves. Its a very sad day when a person who agrees with such a blatent invasion of privacy has to post repeatdly the same fact over again when it was clear the first time that THEY had no problem releasing that kind of info.Im glad i dont play at club world much because i cant wrap my mind around that kind of info going to any1 on a online casino.

rena, You have NOTHING to worry about if you are NOT a FULLTIME Student. As far as posting repeatedly I was giving background info,(as I was finding it on the CM site) on what the Casino actually said, I was posting to be helpful. Nothing SAD about that? Due to comments that could NOT believe it. College students who are getting funding from the government and/or parents should not be gambling. Per most Casino's T & C 's. :-\ Casino Meister and I are in agreement, along with MANY others, we are not in the minority here. One STUDENT lost $5,000 gambling HELLO!!!!! How did he get this money, he did not have a Fulltime job, he was a student, If you are a parent, I am sure you would appreciate the Casino's rules on this. And in the future if you are a young player, now you know WHY the Casino will ask for PROOF of Income. Now everyone reading if this post comes up again. Why does the Casino ask for Proof of Income, Instead of the negative posts against the Casino you know why NOW!!!!!!! -

no problem, it makes sense but since they are going to do that, they also need to watch the adults over 21 that are making huge deposits.Even with a job these people could have a gambling problem and are overdrawing their accounts to fund their gambling, better yet ask every1 for the info before they deposit and play. You have a valid point dear but i think its unfair to wait for a player to deposit and then win before they start crying over documents. If thats the case then give the money back.
