        Sigh
        So...attempting a withdraw. Before playing,spoke to no less than 2 reps to verify my eligibility(all good..and saved of course)
        I play and attempt to withdraw
        They ask for address verification (Isend 3 peices of govt mail faxed as requested)
        They ask for signature on a verification form (faxed and received)
        Now I get cashier saying :
        Faxback form – address does not match account info
        Proof of ID – missing
        Proof of address - address does not match account info
        Proof of possession of credit cards – missing

        1. already sent support email saying I have changed my address..yes, i have an email saying verified
        2. sent 3 pieces via fax WITH the verification form
        3.see one
        4. explained I used a dispoasble credit card no longer in my posession as this withdrawl is not off acredit card

        Very frustrating, and very silly...since Iam neurotic about saving all my emails with their responses and chat sessions which I'm more than happy to pull up any time

        Maybe PM the rep for help?  I have never had a problem with this group of casinos for cash outs.

        well, have played email tag, talked to online support and phoned more than once..one rep says one form is good, in response, another says no..one says address change sent,one says not received....will another rep help or confuse matters more?...lol..it's shame, cuz i HAD only heard good things from lucky red and was planning on depositing again with lucky red if cashout goes well

        I agree with medtrans.  I have never had a difficulty - in fact I LOVE this group of casinos and am the first one to reccommend them.  If you had the same address on the account as on the card and if you had the card you deposited with I guarantee it would be a very fluid transaction, however, with those 2 things it may take just a bit longer to get approvals, etc.  Don't give up on them yet!  I love this group.  They have been very good to me!

        That is very very rare for this casino to be that way. They are without a doubt one of the most reputable and fastest payers.

        I'm hoping all goes well, and I'll be patient and hope it's mere oversight..the support was great up until withdrawal, so here's hoping
