        Well, I made the mistake of depositing with them. Now I have a withdrawal that has been pending since January 3rd. All I have received are apologies that it has not yet been processed. The live chat reps have 1001 excuses for the delay and no one answers my emails. Has anyone had a positive experience with them?

        In the same boat as you Libbeygal.....except I have been waiting for over a month now. My withdrawal was approved on 12/20!!

        Have contacted support once a week for the last 3 weeks and get the same runaround everytime and promised it will be sent with in 7 days.

        Not sure what is up. Made a withdrawal back in Nov. and it wasn't super speedy, but I did get it with in 2 weeks.....so not sure what has changed.

        Anyway, good luck! I hope we both see our money soon!

Due to unethical business practice they will stay on our list until further notice. We are advising players to please use discretion when playing at this casino."

          I did finally get paid from them on a $250 withdrawal. I won it on Jan 15th, and it took them 2 months to get it to me. They had an excuse about they changed their processing procedure, but that should not have prevented them from paying those that were due prior to the "change". I finally received it last week. Of course, your mileage may vary!
