    Yes as the title of the thread suggests i am unusually shocked and cant actually believe that i have not received a promotional email from LuckyRed Casino since 26/12/2011 when they had that special xmas free chip thing where you had to log in ever other day to get a free chip.

    anyway yes so the purpose of this thread is to bring this fact to life and ask if others have the same outcome and they also don't get any emails any more from LuckyRed Casino

    it is like they just deleted my email address from there systems since December 2011

    don't you find this strange because i certainly do

    I am not allowed to use any of these promotions what so ever

    all i am allowed to use is a SLOTS35 Code that has a 30X wager but no max cashout

    but you have to wager the BONUS + DEPOSIT so if i deposited $20 i would get $7 bonus so that wager would then be $810 wager laugh_out_loud, so anyway yes, i will never ever take a bonus that makes us wager the deposit too

    so i now feel that i am being treated very very poorly and because i now deposit and play at LuckyRed casino a lot too that i should start getting emails, but i still don't

    all i actually get access to on very rare occasions is a free $10 that has a 10X max cashout on it or the cash-back that LCB do

    Please reply if you don't get emails to from this casino.

    i have also sent an email to the promotions department asking for clarification as to why i stopped getting emails and why i don't qualify for any of the promotions on the promotions page

    i will keep this thread updated when i get a reply from them regarding this issue

  • When it comes to Club World Group, Ive never had any problems claiming the promotion I want from their promo page. I suggest you seek a rep's help HERE, hopefully he can at least tell you why you dont recieve any of their offers.

  • yes thanks drtheolen, but that is not the only problem i am having, it is mainly the fact that i do not get any emails

    support told me i am opted into them, but surely something is wrong if i have not had an email from them since December 2011.

    this would probly explain why i am not allowed to use any of the promotions on the promotions page too

    I find this highly unfair that i can not use any of them other than the one support said i could which was that  SLOTS35  code

    anyway i sent them an email so i will wait for a reply tomorrow and post a update if i get one

  • Seriously RJ, what are you expecting us to do here?

    You got the reply directly from their customer support, you also know there are two CWC Reps on board that you can contact at any time.

    Judging by their email, they seem  to excluded you from promotional offers, hence why you aint getting any promo emails.

    As to your reply why no1 is replying to your post, thats quite incorrect. You do get replied to, and just because you dont get the answer immediately after you make a post does not mean anyone is ignoring you.

    However when there is no need for us to get involved , like in this specific case then you cant expect to get an answer.

    On top of this all, drtheolen has given you the link in his post where you can contact the Rep, so I honestly do not see how else we can assist you with this matter.

    i clicked that link when it was posted what drtheolen posted for the rep and it went to a page that was not a rep.

    but i didnt contact Martyn because i was waiting to see what promotions team would say to me when they emailed me,

    but obviously this just does not make any sense why they would just stop letting a player use there bonuses

    why would they do this, to me it is just bad practice

    other casinos i play in never ever stop me from using there bonuses if they have bonuses, unless they are VIP bonuses.

    so this is the first casino that has ever done this to me,

    But ofc you have a freedom of choice, you can simply stop playing at he casino in which you feel your deposits are not appreciated. Furthermore, being a UK resident you can play pretty much in every casino from our casino list (if not in all of them), so you cant say that you dont have much choice.

    but as a lot is aware i do have ID issues in a lot of casinos and LuckyRed is the only RTG casino other than palace of chance that i did my ID in so of course palace of chance is def not even an option as we all know about that group lol

    so you see it is the only RTG i can actually deposit in and withdraw without any problems as such.

    so this probly explains why it is upsetting me more and yes i see what you was saying

    I didn't ignore your Nordic bet.  I tried to help by telling you that you were whining and my eyes hurt from reading your post.

    And here we go again with another one of your posts.  And yes you are whining even more on this topic.  Its not so much what is being said, its how your saying it, and then also knowing when to quit. 

    You started a thread with lots of words and paragraphs and it could have been asked in one question, "does anyone get promotional emails from Lucky Red?"  See how easy that was.  But then you get your answer and continue to complain.  Deal with Clubworld group on it, id they don't want to give you bonuses then they are under no obligation to do such.

    2: Will all my posts now always be seen as complaining even when they are genuine issues that seem to now get just looked at as complaining or whining

    3: Sometimes Detail helps and simply saying 1 line questions and not explaining why is not always enough because then people will reply asking for more explanation, so why not just go into detail in the first place, makes sense??

    so i dont excuse my long posts and i do not see them as whining, i see them as actually letting others see i am having issues and the more detail we can give is better in my eyes, everyone is different, i do things this way, it is the way i am, it is not a crime.

  • Out of all honesty here, I don't see why you're getting your panties in a bunch over this RJ. It is the casino decision, 100%.

    Back in 2010 I won a RJ of over 17 grand at CWC. And that was on a 35 dollar deposit. I too was bonus banned after that. Yeah sure I was hot as hell, I was a loyal customer to them, deposited almost daily. But after a few weeks, I did see their side of it. If management makes the decision to bonus ban you, don't play there, it is as simple as that. Wether it is good or bad business practices, it is the casinos right to do so.

    You may not like it, but it is their right. After being in the retail industry for 21 years, I knew that I would not make every complaining happy, and realized real damn quick that some customers are only happy when they are complaining. No matter what I did, they weren't happy, just like you aren't happy with the 35% bonus they offer, atleast from what I can tell.

    I agree with you when you say forums are for posting issues, but this issue isn't really an issue. It is something you don't like. It would be an issue if you received an e-mail stating they gave you a bonus and then wouldn't honor it. But that isn't the case here, you have stated they haven't sent you a promotional e-mail since 12/2011.

    I really don't see the casino mis-treating you in way. I am sure you are upset over not getting any promotions, but take a step back, and let it go. Sure you can make a post and state how unhappy you are about it, but making a post, then asking others for help when we have no control over the situation and getting upset when no one answers you, just isn't cool. Let it go RJ, you need to learn to pick and chose your battles. For me, I try to pick the ones I have good shot at winning,( you know like getting Aunt Visa or Uncle Mastercard from the hubbys wallet laugh_out_loud), not ones that no matter what I do I am going to get the same out come.

    Lucky:  Do you know if you make a deposit without a bonus... playthrough is awful... and you lose, you can go to live chat and get a free chip?  You can get a free chip after every deposit if you lose.

    Generally $10 on a $20 deposit with a max cashout of $100.

  • First time I've seen this thread.  I don't know how it escaped me....anyway Emma (she replied to your email re LRC) is one of the reps that I deal with as is Martyn and it looks as though you're not going to get anywhere with this.  Perhaps move to another casino as already suggested and see if you can get your ID through them before you start depositing.  There are a good few RTG casinos out there if that is your favourite at the mo.  Personally, RTG is a last resort for deposits for me.  Gimme MG any day of the week.

    @blueday - no problem, and i also messaged martyn the rep which of course i didnt get a reply from, you know, i will probly just have to live with the fact they wont re instate my bonus terms and just use the cashback and get the free chips on occasions and just live with it, i just wish i could have played with a nice match bonus sometimes was all
