At first I thought WTF but then I read further and thought maybe the guy has a point. A man goes to a casino in Pennsylvania and falls off a faulty chair while playing slots. The 56-year-old man suffered several injuries.
He's seeking $30k which was rejected by Parx Casino during arbitration. The incident happened in 2009 but will go to court in May.
They've said his injuries occurred about the entire head, neck, back, shoulders, arms, legs, torso and extremities. This seems a bit sketchy to me. What do you think? What would you be willing to wager that this was a scam?
