    Did they send it Fed-ex? If they did how could they not have a tracking number? I would contact the source they say they sent it with and ask them to look into it. Otherwise something does not seem quite right.

    Have you only talked to Live Chat or contacted support by email?

    They called Yesterday and said they will try and cancel the check sent. And issue me one by next day air..................I'M WAITING!!

    Up to this point we didnt have much complaints about this casino. If there were any in past they were quickly resolved.

    I will notify the Rep about this topic.

    So i've been waiting for a check cashout since Jan 31 from this place. I was told last week. That a new check was sent out to me by express mail. They sent me a tracking number. As of last Thursday when they said it was sent. My package is in Hong Kong today
