    Oh, that sux... It's simply inhumanely, when people making money on other human death... I respect Michael Jackson and all his songs and i'm very sad, that he died... =/

    Cosmo, i agree with you, he had an amazing story, him and his music is respected by me as well, it makes me sad too that others are trying to cash-in on him.. with or without the permissions of the correct authorizations, licensing or permissions of use i'd not play at this online casino, a casino in his images and name just doesn't fit

    Well the plot does thicken on this case. Seems that the person who owns the copyrights of the pics used at this casino is suing the web host GoDaddy for 100 million dollars. Everyone wants to cash in on it.

    It may be hard for people like us to sue, but we are talking the Jacksons lawyer. Money talks and also can travel no matter how remote a location!

    True...however what I always was considering though is that at the end of the day when all the "suing" is done will the casino that used pictures and names without permission really have the funds to pay up?  So in the end is it all really worth it for the person doing the suing?
