Microgaming casino US Registration

My computer crashed, so after restoring it I went to download Villento Las Vegas and it took me to a registration page.  My girlfriend registered her account there just now and it had login id and password on download page!!

She spoke to live support they said everything was ok..

Is it some sort of registry key that stores the info?

Thanks Jako... I downloaded and it seems like it is letting me register but I didn't write down the password they gave and haven't received anything via email.  So I sent them an email asking for it, and to make sure I can play.  I don't want to get excited yet, and hoping the answer is yes.

Weird, I was just told about an account at Villento I never knew I had.. I can log in, but no slot tournaments... DANGIT!!!

I guess they take new players as behind the door way, but if you ask them straight up, they have to say no.

The guy at live chat told me that my Rich Reels account had been locked, but however my Villento account was open.. Crazy seeing as how they were both opened at the same time???

I don't know what's going on, but I can't deposit.  I even tried the wallet way and it says denied- before it gets to the actual funding part.  So maybe we don't 'really' have accounts... so disappointed.

I use netspend visa card, also green dot works at villento.  If you have an account at quicktender that should work no problem.

I also opened acct at villinto and rich reels at same time when I first signed up for villento in feb. I think.  The locked my rich reels after 2 weeks and left my villento open.
