microgaming casinos close window

recently most of my mg casinos are crashing with the "has to close window " showing errors and exception stuff....really annoying...anyone know a cure for this...ive cleared all cookies cache etc.

No help here I'm afraid.  I'm getting the same thing. 

righton, please provide some more details. Are you using download versions or playing instant play versions. If its instant play, than which browser? Also, name at least one of the casinos you have issues with.

32Red recently sent me an exclusive free chip to get me back so I took the chip on the no download version and it was just awful.  I re-downloaded the casino and it wasn't much better - kept freezing, reels just keep spinning, "there has been an error" etc etc.  All Slots Casino - keeps freezing on any game.  Very annoying.

You are right blue, I just went to 32red casino, with Opera browser and wasnt able to load any of their slots. It seems that it stucks on loading screen and nothing happens than. I was able to load their games in Firefox however, yet it does seem like they spin slower than before.

seems to happen on most of my microgaming casinos when i try to open tournement window ...all other windows open  ok ....and i need to remove and reinstall casino to make it work properly..here is a screenshot of problem   

RE THE CASINO CLOSING PROBLEM ...IVE NOTICED THE GROUP including 7sultans and 32red are the casinos i have problems with this damn closing problem ...see attached screenshot...does anyone know what it means and can decipher the info

Tested 32Red download version today, played at least 15 various games and it seem to be working pretty fine.

Righton, have you considered a possibility that your Windows XP is causing you problems? Its obsolete for some time now and there is no support from Microsoft for it anymore.

everything in games work ok ...its only when i click the tournement name that this message comes up

Yep I have the same issue when selecting 'tournaments' from the left hand side in the details/text view in the download casino. A lot of the time just reopening the casino and trying again will work, but sometimes specific casinos will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled to fix the problem.

Examples would be Betway, Gaming Club, both particularly bad for needing to be completely reinstalled, and almost every other for just sometimes crashing after selecting tournaments eg, 32 Red, Riverbelle, Nostalgia, Gaming Club, Kind Neptunes, Lucky Nugget, Red Flush, Cabaret Club. I think the ONLY one thats never done it so far is Ladbrokes and from what I've seen its surely just a matter of time..!

Planning to reinstall my machine in the next day or two on Windows 8 (currently Win7 x64), I will post here if I see an improvement after doing so.

On another forum I've been discussing this same issue and we have worked out that the problem occurs if the black tournament now open notification box is supposed to be coming up, but for whatever reason does not - after this selecting tournaments causes the casino launcher to crash, if you restart and see the black box, just click not now, go to tournaments, all is okay ... so far though I haven't worked out what to do if the box just refuses to appear for you but I am 100% certain right now that if that box HAS appeared, the program will not crash when you select tournaments, so you can try waiting a few extra seconds to see if it shows up and see if that helps.

I am still noticing that ladbrokes doesn't seem to have the issue - even if the box does not appear in their casino the program does not crash .. if I manage to work out which file ladbrokes is using a different version of I may be able to suggest a proper fix sometime soon .. until MG themselves get it together !

also getting a lot of if you continue with this script errors could crash ie ...on the download casinos as well...all types of mg this applies to ...any ideas ?

I played at Red Flush Casino this morning and everything was working well. I have downloaded the casino.

No problems here either... Not quite sure, but it may have to do with Java plugin? Maybe just try to update it to the latest version and see what happens...

32 Red Casino working without problems as well. As Lootva said it might be a problem with Java plugin, there was an update 2 days ago so updating Java should be tried first.
