    Chris: No , the problem Micorgame locks the account from there side ( Not us the Casino ) they request the verification documents before they consider lifting the restriction of locking the account , they wont unlock this without the documents

  • shocked  Gosh, I hope not. I only have one account as it is, and if they lock me out I will be so bummed.

    Doesnt sound like there is any guarantee even after you send in your documents that they will let you play does it. ?

  • The only thing I can think of, is I have a new IP address.  Don't know if that's it or not, but I wouldn't leave much money in my accounts!

  • I just logged into my MGS accts at 3 different casino groups & all are fine, and I live in the US.

    It must have something to do with your IP change, or what state you're in.  Or what state your new IP is showing as coming from?  Earlier this year I had a MGS casino I hadn't played at in years send me a CD in the snail mail, with a freebie included.  When I tried to log in, it wouldn't let me, as it had my old NY address.  I had to send proof of my new address in so MGS would unlock my acct.

  • I used to have a Villento account, one day I went to live chat to ask them about a deposit bonus, and BAM they locked it. Just because Im from the USA. No other reason, just locked it on me, and told me I cant play there anymore. I was a little upset, I enjoyed their free tournaments and even won a couple.

    I do have Casino Rewards accounts, but they started closing them one by one, even though I had an account before they changed the legislation.

    I see you are concerned about Microgamming locking USA players out. It should be just the opposite should be going on we should be locking them out.
    I have closed or shut down all of my microgamming accounts.
    In Dec of last year they mislead a lot of members when they suddenly pulled the new games and replied for weeks that they were having problems with them.
    They knew all along that they were getting in position to stop us from playing the new games
    They have been working and may have perfected a way including if it takes it to block entire sections or groups of IP address  to prevent USA players from being able to play new games in the instant or flash mode
    To my knowledge there is till yet to be a law passed that says it is illegal for a person to gamble on line ,it is illegal in some states about 11 of them
    It is only illegal for a bank or credit card company to allow electronic transactions for casino deposit or wins
    There are ways around that with the buy as you go credit cards or wallet accounts
    I do not know what micro  is upto with stopping us ,but once I found out they had lied and thinking it would get worse I stopped playing at all of them
    Have also cut back at RTG as they are now withholding Random wins to no more than 2 1/2 times your total deposits see the new terms
    Have started playing at other places

    Whats this about witholding Random wins?? Which casinos do this, I never heard of this before. It upsets me because RTGs are my favorite.

  • Ihate to say a specific casino from RTG as i no longer have them downloaded on my pc  to verify which ones they were some or very name brand . I was really surprised when I just happened to look at the terms again and then noticed also that when I made a deposit the warning would come up in a very small print at the bottom it did plainly state that any random jackpot wins would be limited to 2 1/2 times total deposit
    I got to thinking that the wording could go 2 ways it could mean your total depsoits from the day you started or the total deposits for that day or session of play
      I would me ticked regardless if I won a 15-18 thousand random and only get 3 or 4 hundred dollars
    Just something to warn everyone about
    On another note I just tried to play flash version of microgamming and see they are asking you to download active x  helper tool bar ,I wonder if this is the new tool to stop you from playing new games in flash mode . I never could gethe active x bar to come up and have not gotten a response from any yet either

    As to the ActiveX helper for MGS flash casinos, that's always been in use, to the best of my knowledge.

    I still play at many Microgaming (MGS) casinos, 11 this week, and know that they're very reputable.  I don't understand the "No US" thing, either, but that's their prerogative.
