Ok, so here we go again, after the first issue took 3 days to resolve asking for my currency to be changed, it has now taken them 3 days to do my ID and now they ask for a photo ID, even though on 3 seperate occasions i explained to them that i dont have a photo ID and all i had was what i sent them - (which was birth certificate, utility bill, and a screenshot of my moneybookers profile page,) this is what they told me was accepted on 3 seperate occasions.

Tore: Birth certificate is acceptable as ID, so that should be fine. The other two documents needed to verify your account are: A utility bill in your name and registered address (it cannot be older than 3 months old at most), and a screenshot of your Moneybookers/Skrill profile page.
so OMG this casino problem after problem
i really think regardless how big this casino might be, they are not very good, i actually think they are one of the worst customer service casinos on the internet, delay tactics it seems are common practice here, on 2 different issues, please can others reply if they are slow dealing with things for you too
