  • A few months ago I reported a big problem with a check withdrawal I had with OnlineVegas.  In short, the check bounced.  It was a huge hassle to straighten out, not to mention the explaining I had to do with my bank.  The eventually paid me, but I never recovered my "administrative fee" on the first check.

    So....I stayed AWAY from this casino.  But, like a fool...I gave it a try again.  I won $350 and 7 days later won about $450.  I have already received the $450, but NOT the $350.  They keep telling me that withdrawal is hung up with the bank and is "out of their control."  But, I shouldn't worry, I will get my money.  But, they have no clue when.

    Be very, very cautious with this casino, please.

  • my withdrawal of $900 with crazy slots  was approved on Mar 4th and I've never received the payment.  I complained and they blamed it on their bank like you said above.  They then resent it on Mar 18th and told me to wait for 7-10 busi days, today is day 7, I still have nothing, lol.

  • I beleive you Doc.. a ways back (been with them for over a year maybe 2) had problems with witdrawls, they were mean to me, rude and often i didn't feel they (support) knew what i was talking about or times they didn't even look at my acct. I wish i could find the original email of when i applied to get the ND bonus when i signed up, misspellings and weird stuff in the email, but as i can read it said, i should be recieiving it in 24 hours, i thought it was someone tricking me...

    I just hate when they tell you "anything", just wish they could be straight up with it, feeling like am i stupid enough that you think you could just tell me "anything" and it's all good, but still you be polite.. and wait.. *sigh*

    I do stay away from them now... i liked their games and tourneys, but everytime i played there i get afraid i'll win something.. ain't that a shame?

  • Imagin.....yeah, I have a very hard time with their passive blame-the-bank. 

    I send wire transfers for my business all the time....they are very, very easy to do.  Wires getting "lost" in the bank-twilight-zone is very difficult to believe.  I really think there are three possibilities:  1.  The casino is managing cash flow and just sitting on your money.  2.  They have inept or greedy middle-men handling the wires, or 3.  They have some real sloppy accounting going on.

  • I used to say "Onlines Drunk again".. and yes wire transfers are very easy, but not easy for casinos?.. Bullsh*t especially if you sit at a PC and do it, blip blam boom, sent... it is accountings job to do this, pay the freakn' bills, and stop telling us the check is in the mail... how many transfers can you send in a day IF that's all you did? They are set up to do payments just as easy as us making the deposits, we have seen it with reputable casinos..(next day service) you're right they sit on that money as long as they can with "bank excuses"..very rarely do people argue with the "bank" "ooooh it's the bank" okay..

    Sometimes i wanna say.. "well which bank is this, i'd like to call them"

  • Well, what with hearung from Tony and others about the speed of some casinos, you KNOW they're lying their butts off...Yes, the wires can be done in minutes and not days.
