Mr Green is mean

i opened my account at mr greens abt 2yrs ago but only made my 1st deposit there a month ago.

i didnt get my welcome bonus so went to live help and was told that the welcome bonus had expired therefore i couldnt claim it.

i was told that  the welcome bonus is only valid for a year after u open ur account and that this applies to most other casino.

i didnt even no i had an account with them until i tried to register using the same email i originally used.

if i had known this was the case i wd of just opened a new account...  my billing and credit card details have changed so i wd of successfully registered.

i had been reading heaps of positive things abt this site, like hw generous they were with free spins and bonuses so i decided to deposit again with them.

this week mr green had 10 free spins on jack & beanstalk specifically but i didnt get it so i went to live help and asked  why i wasnt getting it and why i have neva gotten any free spins of them either

support staff told me that the promo is only for new (less than a yr old ) registered players therefore i wasnt eligible.

i am told that at the moment,  i am not eligible for any promos or bonuses but to watch out for a new promo that i (an old account holder) can claim which is coming soon...

no specific date has been released but it will be soon im told.

my conclusion...

i will no longer be playing at this site... loyalty should be rewarded not punished

Rules at most casinos do require new players to take the welcome bonus within a certain period of time so that is not really unusually. As far as loyalty it takes more than one or two deposits to be considered as a loyal member.

Mr Green Casino is not as generous on Bonuses as some other sites. However they do have a good reputation for paying players on a timely basis.

I do agree that they could offer more promotions and bonuses to players.

I wouldn't bother with mrgreen tweeksta, i made threads about how bad mrgreen was, and several posts, they just don't reward loyal customers, i deposited a damn lot of money here and they very very rarely gave me any goodwill, and even when they did it was only £2 or £3, i mean that is a damn joke of a goodwill for some players that deposited hundreds and thousands

Also they always said that about promos in support, they always said coming soon, watch emails blah blah, to which emails i never usually got and i saw them in this forum rather than emails which made no sense.

So then i decided to close my account there, because i was soo sick of the fact they didn't care about loyal customers and also the fact that for over 6 months with over 60 deposits without a withdraw i decided enough is enough, i couldn't win and they couldn't even give any goodwill, that i decided byebye mrgreen rubbish joke casino.

Sorry for my rant, but that is how i feel about this casino

i may have only depo there twice (in that week) but if they had looked afta me better i wd  of continued to depo and play at their site, therefore becoming a loyal active player....

i like to take advantage of welcome bonuses and so i have depo at most of the sites listed here at LCB but i only depo on a regular weekly basis at 3/4 casinos... the rest i will not depo at again.

i made the comment abt loyalty becoz the free spins were given to ALL non and depositing  players.

I absolutely disagree with DreamRJ here. MrGreen is one of the best online casinos out there.

To call them crap just because they dont offer (enough) bonuses is wrong. You can say and argue their bonus offer is crap but you cant tag their whole operation as bad just because of it.

What about their fast withdrawals, great selection of games and pretty darn good customer sevice.

There support doesnt even talk human, they use standard replies, and they do not have fast withdrawals what so ever to ewallets they take over 24 hours, and at weekedns they take even longer, because they have a 24 hour reverse rule, so they dont process any withdraw until at least 24 hours has passed, so where u get that information from is wrong.

mr green not offering enough bonuses was just one of the reasons  why DreamRJ called them 'crap'.
i agree with DreamRJ abt the customer service there. they have standard rules but there are special circumstances like mine when they should make an exception for.

for me... a great casino has to have sum sort of loyalty rewards system and .

as for fast withdraws... they are doin me a favour if it takes more than a day or two to go through.

Why does it really matter on a practical basis precisely when one created an account prior to making a first deposit? Whether it was one minute, one month or one year ago, shouldn't the casino be pleased that a member has finally made a real money purchase and therefore try to encourage further custom, rather than enforcing an arbitrary promotional time limit and thereby alienating her/him in the process? Even if a technical issue arose because the automatic welcome bonus that was in effect when the account was opened had expired, the casino could still manually credit the player with a current offer instead... This is a perfect example in my opinion of following the letter rather than the spirit of the law, to the detriment of both parties.

Fast withdraw with no reverse rule is the best.
I have waited an withdraw from mrgreen more then 24 hours in my neteller and I realy neded that money then.And because they didn't made my withdraw faster I made another with something that I had left and won.In five minutes after the withdraw  I had the money in my neteller.
And the reverse withdraw eate from me more money then the fast withdraw because I usualy reverse that because of the long waiting.
Mr green was one of  the first casinos that had netent games and microgaming casino games.
That is one of the reasons that made me play here.
They have  a pretty good  withdraw time,not the best( if you made withdraw in RTG or others like that you know what I'm saying)but I have to agree with DreamRJ the support seems more like a machine that a human sometimes.

This is not about supporting you or anyone else RJ. This is about making an opinion. You say they crap i beg to differ.

They have been veyr good to me, never had any issues with their support, cashouts are solid fast imo, i often get free chips ( and i am a frequent depositor ).

I agree their promos are not the greatest but they are far from being crap.

I also won once 1000GBP raffle just the other month ( their prize pool was over 100K which was then raffled ).

You base your opinion on how they treat you, and so am i.

Mrgreen is a more than solid casino and im yet to see a serious complaint against them. Bottom line is it comes down to a personal opinion and preference which only shows that they can be trusted as an operation.
