Mr Green not standing by there promotion terms

I took part in the mr green spring promotion, the offered daily spins for depositing and also extra 10 spins to be credited at the end of the promo for each deposit daily of 20 or over.

here was the terms of that,

Free Spin Terms:

Free Spin offers are available every Tuesday to Friday during the Promotion period.
Unless stated otherwise, Free Spins are available on PC, Tablet or Mobile device.
Only successful deposits made before 23:59 GMT and wagered at least five times (x5) in the Casino, each day, (or until the funds are depleted) will qualify for the Free Spin offer.
The cumulative total deposit amount (minimum €20) made during the day of the Free Spin offer, will count towards the number of Free Spins received.
Each Free Spin offer can only be claimed once per player account.
Free Spin winnings are bonus cash and must be turned over thirty five times (x35), in accordance with Mr Green bonus terms and conditions.
Free Spins are only available on the selected game and cannot be transferred.
Qualifying players will be credited their Free Spins the day following the Free Spin offer, by 13:00 GMT.
Free Spins will be valid for one (1) day from date of upload. Any Free Spins remaining on player accounts after one (1) day will be forfeited.
Players can collect ten (10) additional Free Spins (Extra Spring Spins) per day, only by depositing €20 or more each day during the Promotion period.
The "Extra Spring Spins" will be credited to player accounts on April 6th after 13:00 GMT only.
The "Extra Spring Spins" will be valid for seven (7) days from date of upload. Any Spins remaining on player accounts after seven (7) days will be forfeited.
Winnings earned from the "Extra Spring Spins", must be turned over thirty five times (x35), in accordance with Mr Green bonus terms and conditions.


now from what i can see from them terms is that u have to deposit and wager for the daily free spins fair enough but it does not say anything about having to wager your deposit to collect the extra 10 free spins, it says '
Players can collect ten (10) additional Free Spins (Extra Spring Spins) per day, only by depositing €20 or more each day during the Promotion period.'

that does not say you have to wager it, now i made a couple of late deposits so they are now saying im not entitled to them, i have been a good customer there and they are quibbling over a few free spins .

As far as im concerned i went by their terms and so should get them, but yet another example of a casino that wriggles out of it and is not loyal to their customers.

I would advise ppl to check the terms here for any promo but obviously that doesnt work either

Really sorry to hear about this xbornluckyx, I checked the promo the other day and a bit confusing. Like some spread bet, so many chances of free spins. Why not just do deposit = free spins, simple. Instaed of wager this and that x amount before being credited and so on. I know T&C are very important, but when it comes to fs it should do a ronseal.

Because there are a lot of bonus whoring people who would just make a deposit, play for €1 or not at all, request cash out and use free spins.

yeah i can understand that but i did wager the money numerous times and didnt cashout it just went over the midnight mark.

what really annoys me is i went back to depositing there this year and have been doing so each week but they are quibbling for the sake of 20 extra free spins , as i said its not the value of them its the attitude to the customer that gets me.  Why should i bother playing at a site that doesnt stand by their terms and then doesnt listen to them and dismisses it, there are other sites willing to cater for their customers and treat them right, which is why i said i wouldnt be depositing there again.
